Great room in a nicely located Bavarian hotel with comfy beds and good amenities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good with the best views I’ve had during breakfast for many years. We had a drink and some desert in the bar at night which was also nice and was packed with happy customers. Would def go back and stay again.

We spent 5 nights here beginning of January with half board. Everyone is very friendly, great food. We had a menü and it was really good every evening. Huge room with big bath. they have a garage also. In a good location, only a short walk tocity center

Hotel in a good location with a nice terrace in a good location.
Parking is difficult when the hotel is full, you have to take a space in the underground car park (charges apply).
The standard rooms are more like an economy room, as most of them are in a less good location (next to reception, or elevator/staircase = very loud at night when other guests come home), on the ground floor you have a "view" of the parking lot (also louder at night), room very dark, no balcony, no ceiling light.
We travel a lot, but this was by far the worst room for almost €150 a night.
The breakfast is very tasty with a large selection!

If you love a mountain panorama, this is the place for you. The kitchen is excellent, the staff super friendly - especially Anna. We stayed here for 8 days and even got a free upgrade to a suite. Ok, the bathroom would do well with a facelift, because who likes to take a shower in a bathtub these days? We can't say anything about the wellness and sauna area, since we didn't use it. We would have liked to have had a sunbathing lawn or a pool, but we were here to go hiking.
