I have been through a difficult check-in. I called the assistance and at the end we have been able to figure the problem out (even if the man speaking was not kind at all). The room is ok, functional and good for the price.

In the whole week that we were in Berlin they never went and clean our room. We told the guy in the front desk but nothing changed. Also very far from the center. Nothing to do in the area.

6 weeks after I moved out, they haven't contacted me about my deposit (which is over 1000 EUR). The move-out inspection should have been carried out right after I moved out, so the fact I got no feedback as to whether everything was deemed in order let me extremely worried. Very dodgy behaviour.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The hotel is situated in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood with a shopping mall and many public transit options nearby. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the lobby and patio were awesome as well. No air conditioning in our room but that was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely return.

Great hotel, quiet location, no parking problems
Rooms not big, but absolutely sufficient. Very comfortable bed, high quality bathroom.

The hotel is part of a new co-living apartment complex that opened in Pankow in spring 2023. Room is comfortably furnished in a modern design. Things aren't going quite smoothly for us yet - that's why you can't arrive and depart on the weekend at the moment. Breakfast with a small selection is offered - here too, the service was friendly - but still a bit chaotic. But it is attractively priced. You can reach Prenzlauer Berg in just a few minutes by tram - and the center in about 30 minutes.
