Unfortunately not a 5* Hotel, it has a modern look, good location and friendly employees….but that’s it. A rating of 3+ maybe 4* would be more then fair. We arrived at 4pm, had to change the come as it didn’t had the confirmed furnishing and then had to wait almost 1.5h for the alternate room. Rooms are very noisy in the 1st and 2nd floor, you can here every car or even people outside the Hotel Bar talking and laughing. No info that there is a huge construction infront of the Hotel. A mobile heater was in the room, on our question if the regular heater or air-condition is not working we just received the answer: good question! A 5* Hotel should have a Turn-Down Service, after mentioning this, the employees unfortunately didn’t look at details or tried to find solutions for problems. Breakfast, it is fine that there is no buffet, but the quality and the presentation of the products you order is not close to a 5* level. It’s not a big Hotel, but they don‘t even have “fresh squeezed“ Orange juice…..only fresh juice out of a bottle, even if it‘s not that important. But small things make the difference. Overall a really disappointing stay that we decided to changed the Hotel after the 1st night. The managers apologized several times and confirmed that it was not their standard, otherwise there was nothing to encourage us to stay the second night. we got the bill and that was it.
