I had the pleasure of spending three nights at the IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just steps away from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient, whether by train, tram, or foot. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how well they communicated in English. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – a comfortable bed, ample storage space, a quiet work desk, and fast Wi-Fi. The soundproof windows were a big plus, allowing me to relax in peace after busy days in the city. The bathroom was also very clean, with a great shower and high-quality toiletries provided. Overall, IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.Whether you're visiting Berlin for business or sightseeing, I highly recommend this hotel.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to this vibrant city.

our stay in this hotel was overall pleasant. Though the hotel was under construction and a bit messy from outside when we stayed there but staffs were nice and very helpful. It is accessible to bus and subway that really saved time in touring around Berlin.

Excellent stay in Berlin. The hotel is centric, you can walk to the most important spots from there. Could be better with a Gym/sauna area, but that would be a plus. Breakfast is outstanding and rooms are preety well, with all you need. Will recommend.

Perfect location for visiting Berlin. Just couple minutes away from Berlin Station, within an hour from Berlin Airport. The food from Food Factory across the street from the hotel and restaurants at Berlin Station must take care of your needs. Famous location are also within walking distance or within 15 minutes by public transport.

This hotel is situated near the exits of U Bahn Spittelmarkt of U2 line. In terms of location, this is considered good. The breakfast starts at 6am, and the spread was reasonable, but it was less than the other Best Western Hotel I have stayed in other cities. No fruits takeaway for this one and if I remember correctly, no coffee takeaway as well. Room was clean and the water was hot. They allow storage of luggages so that is a plus. You cannot go wrong with Best Western.

I had a great experience with my reservation. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and worth the price. The staff was attentive and provided detailed assistance throughout my stay. Everything was well-organized, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. I highly recommend it!

The location is good, and the facilities are generally sufficient. The lounge area at the reception is spacious and pleasant. Rooms with many people can get quite stuffy and noisy.

The location is great cause it's super close to the tube and tram stations. However, the Wi-Fi connection is unstable in the room, and the room is kind of hot at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly!

This place has very convenient transportation, the rooms are very clean, and the front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. What impressed me the most was their breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices.

Exactly as advertised. To the point on everything described. Location is fantastic with plenty of venues and F&B outlets. Super efficient. Hotel itself is exactly what you need for a quick trip to Berlin if you don't need a fancy room. Tram just across the street and a wide set of opportunities for food and drinks just meters away.
