I came for business and stayed one night. It is a simple and straight forward hotel, good to have a rest, nothing more nothing less and they do not advertise different. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was small yet functional. There is nothing else but sleeping in this place and that is what they advertise. Other hotels in Bielefeld advertise different but are old and run down; this is quite honestly the best alternative to anything you can find in the city. Staff is ”straight forward”; which in my terms means they are not particularly polite or nice, but also not impolite but rather efficient. That is in my opinion absolutely ok for this level of Hotel and I would not expect more. Breakfast is very good. I would come back.

Please don't bring a lot of baggage and never arrive before 15:00 – This is our tip for this Express accommodation. We reached Bielefeld on a rain day and hoped to be able to check in earlier, but: error display. From 15 a.m. or 15 euros extra, although the house was quite empty. We could still check out the baggage. The electronic check-in at the terminal was well worked from 15 a.m., but unfortunately you can't choose room preferences. Our was entirely down and with a view against a wall. The team then exchanged it against a room in a upper floor with view to the street, which was also good. The room in the smallest category: extremely small and very spartanianly equipped. Washing bathrooms not in the bathroom, but next to bed. No closet, not even small night tables next to bed to put glasses, smartphones etc. Bath and shower are good, bed also. Breakfast is also okay. Good: No tape floor in the room. The location at Kesselbrink is not exactly 1a, but it is not far from the center. Main station, shopping streets and old town you reach quickly walking. But the feeling of security could be better at this location: If you don't have a reception, please check the access to the chair by room card - as usual in other hotels. In the hotel team, the service fluctuated from very nice and helpful to the uninterested boredom of staff who didn't even greet back - depending on who we went. Also here there is air up. In total, we found the complete package of 90 euros for a really small DZ with breakfast too expensive - and I would book another hotel next time. For a night without big demands just so ok.

Badly organized kitchen. Example: Scrambled eggs with bacon. Either bacon missing or scrambled eggs. Had last or no Croissants in Breakfast Bar during my 2 Breakfasts. Shortage of Fruit Juices. Booked in Combination with a 3 Course Menu. When we wanted to order extra drinks, the Floor Manager rudely told us that it could not be added to the room bill. The Hotel has a Front on the Road side and Rooms at the rear. On the front side it is hardly possible to sleep with an open window. This is due to noise pollution. It regularly looks like a circuit, Germans love noisy cars and motorcycles. For a room at the quieter rear, the hotel dares to charge a significant surcharge,

Greatly dressed hotel with all black and white photos (film theme). Large, warm dressed rooms. The bathroom also looked new. All super clean! We had rented 6 rooms (1 x 2 persoons/5 x 1 persons) for a stock exchange visit. We were on the street side where you're unfortunately sounding a little traffic but other rooms on the other side of the building had not this problem. Staff were more than friendly, we felt all at home. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was nice and extensive. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night. next year again!

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room is small, clean and has everything you need. Internet is good. The windows are closed so you don't get much from the street. Ok, the night is really cheap and the hotel is right at the main railway station - there should be the expectation as appropriate. Rooms were OK - small but clean, not superfluous snack, just a night option. The price is really very good for a city centre location. The hotel has a free parking for guests, not very large, but nevertheless. Breakfast I didn't try. You are at the main train station in a few minutes walk and from there you are also fast in the city centre. The check-in machine has not worked. Since the reception is not always occupied at weekend, the hotline has to run. Fortunately, the staff was accessible and arrived after a few minutes and made the check-in in the oldest way. Such a machine is an excellent idea in itself if the reception is not occupied - but it should also work reliably. Unfortunately, a tube had appeared to have dropped in the bathroom, thus it smelled badly in the room. After all the outflows have been washed, it has been done. This could also be done proactively...
