Good! I like it!

Room was large and clean. Very good location, right on the lake. Plenty of parking. Has coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The negative thing was the air conditioning. We went in winter. The heat was turned on very high in the room and there was no way of reducing it. Finally we opened the window to let the room cool.

When you read the reviews about the beds- believe them. Our bed was slanted down to our head, squeaked with very little movement, and quite actually, was the worst bed I’ve em slept on. And believe me, I’m not bougie. I’ve slept on floors with more flexibility. The heater worked which was great, but it worked so well that it wouldn’t turn off, and our room was 85 degrees the entire night. We had to open our windows while it snowed to get the room to be tolerable. The room was clean and it smelled good, we had hygiene needs taken care and they let us check in early. However, we left a day early, cause..no. Couldn’t do it anymore.

Very clean. Convenient location. Did not have much of a room service. Asked for extra towels and blankets and had to personally go to the office and pick them up at night.

The rooms look as if they were recently redone and were very nice and clean. My only complaint is that if you are staying on the first floor it is a bit loud when people are walking up and down the stairs and above you. But overall, the room was excellent, we enjoyed the amenities, excellent location, and friendly staff.

Property was recently remodels and its nice but seems they purchase cheap stuff. The bathtub was very cheap and creaked when you when in the shower, the shower faucet is placed so high by the time it gets to a 5’ body it feels like a sprinkle. 20 mins to rinse out my hair. They drain stopper was not attached. The phone didnt work, the room was always hot and they said the air conditioner did not go on this time of year, we had to sleep with the windows open and it was snowing outside. The place itself is nice, just a few kinks to work out but I would stay there again.

This property was in a very convenient location. The lake was beautiful and it was very quiet. I stayed in the hotel instead of the cabin. The hotel was updated and nice I liked the room. There was a few things that I didn't like that i overlooked like the remotes not working possibly due to dead batteries. The door into the room was really difficult to open. The toilet flushed only sometimes. The main problem was the cleanliness of the room there was hair EVERYWHERE especially the beds. I called about it and was told that i could come and get linen. I was tired from a long drive but had to remake the beds and the hair was under the sheets, on the pillow cases it was disgusting. I went to the store and purchased Clorox wipes and just wiped everything down just to have a peace of mind regarding cleanliness. I spoke to the night staff as-well as the morning staff and they both brushed it off and showed zero concern. I think that if the room was cleaned properly it would have made a world of difference.

Place was very dusty, my fiancé couldn’t breathe from allergies. The worst part was that there was a constant high pitched ringing that did not stop the whole time. We lost so much sleep the first night that we packed up and left a day early.
