We have just had the most amazing time. Sam is a star! Nothing is too much trouble for both her and Michelle. They made us so very welcome. The party room is brilliant! Such a good set up. The trifle shots are a must!! Looked after us all, went above and beyond! We will most certainly be back! Thank you so so much, you’re the best 🥰

What can I say about the butterfly hotel. Absolutely amazing Sam and Michelle are so welcoming. Rooms were spotless. The disco rooms is brilliant, Sam introduced us to trifle shots 😂 definitely going back to this hotel every time we come to Blackpool. Thank you so much sam and Michelle for making us feel so welcome xxx

Great friendly service, nice standard hotel in Blackpool.
Room was showing a bit of age with some peeling wallpaper and a spot of mould in the ceiling above the shower but nothing terrible for the price
Bed was very soft but in a slightly uncomfortable way.
For the price we paid, great hotel, ensuite in our room and everything worked as it should
Would definitely stay again

What a great stay we had at the butterfly hotel Blackpool last weekend,eight of us stayed & we were looked after by Michelle & Sam surperb all w/end thanks again Phil & the lads ,we will be back soon .can't wait to be back in the butterfly 🦋

So welcoming and a clean and great value for money close to all amenities and such a welcome from the host. Nothing is too much trouble for Sam and her personality makes the hotel her own. Will return for her warm welcome.

We recently stayed here and had the best weekend! Sam and Michelle are very friendly and had a laugh with us. The rooms were nice and clean nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the butterfly hotel last weekend and omg what can I say. Michelle and Sam are the best hosts we’ve ever had when staying in Blackpool hotels Rooms are immaculately cleaned. Nice smelling fresh warm bedding. Tea,coffee in bedroom with 32inch TV. Fantastic bar in the basement like a little nightclub and very reasonably priced bar. Already rebooked for the back to the noughties weekend in July 2024 Their speciality events are simply the best Keep up the amazing work girls you’re doing a fabulous job Every guest I spoke to over the course of the weekend were also having an amazing weekend at the Butterfly Hotel

Cannot fault the butterfly group hotel michelle n sam are 2 lovely people who cant do enough for you great hotel very clean n tidy great location n we were made welcome from start to finish this year and last year .so i would recomend this hotel to any one going to blackpool dont book anywhere else before you have a stay in here brilliant 10 /10
