Overall it was a satisfying stay. Most of the staff provided good service.
However, I was surprised that the lock on the window of the room was broken and I couldn't lock it. Also, the noise from the construction work inside the hotel was so loud that I couldn't feel at ease during the day. Breakfast is satisfying.
The view from the room is very nice. Recommended.

Hotel does not at all match the high price charged. Shower does not have hot water. Very bad cleaning. Coffee on Sunday was 40 minutes late. Rude employees. The hotel is more concerned with opening its bar to outsiders, taking away all of its guests' privacy, making noise, filling up the parking lot and leaving guests with their cars on the street.

Muito bonito e confortável o hotel. Eu apenas tenho uma observação a fazer. No banheiro da suíte q eu estava não sai água quente, mesmo tendo a opção as 2 são com água fria!!

Recepção precisa melhorar...café da manhã bem razoável...o que vale é somente a vista do Rio, porem por um valor até mais em conta vc se hospeda em um local com mais estrutura
