Had such a lovely holiday. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the amazing Yavuz. He was so welcoming & friendly. His English was great. He checked us in & told us everything about the hotel. It's a lovely hotel, absolutely spotless! We stayed on the Elite side which was so quiet & relaxing. Food was great, always something good to eat.Patisseries are amazing! Service was a bit hit & miss tbh. Sometimes we were ignored & it was easier to get our own drinks, apart from when Suayip was around! Best waiter there! So friendly & constantly asking if we wanted drinks. He works harder than all the rest in the Elite restaurant! The Elite pool is lovely, comfy sunbeds, always managed to get one. Rooms were lovely, equipped with toiletries, slippers etc. Hairdryer was great. View not brilliant from balcony, just the road outside. Plenty of entertainment at night, very impressed with the circus show! We'll definitely be back!

The place is beautiful and clean, the food is very good, there are many places for entertainment, and the service is excellent from all the staff, especially at reception and reservation Nalan and Elena.

On arrival at this wonderful hotel, we were greeted by “Yavuz” who was one of the reception staff. Absolutely amazing person with exceptional people skills, nothing was too much trouble, even to the point where he came over to see us the next day to make sure I slept ok. Due to me having a medical condition) 👏 I would also like to mention “MAHIR” who was one of the waiters in the Restaurant and also the Bistro, such a happy and pleasant gentleman and nothing was too much trouble for him. 👏 Another member of the Restaurant staff was “ASLI” who always had time to greet us with a smile, “Thank you” To follow on, another exceptional member of the waiting on staff was “TURGUT” he was in the Patisserie and Piano Bar, thanks a million for your attention every evening, nothing was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be returning sooner rather than later. Room 8206 from 15/4 to 25/4 Thank you to everyone. Alan/Liz

We spent the Eid holiday at Belek Beach Resort Hotel. It is a wonderful hotel. The food is very fantastic, very delicious, a wonderful gastronomy. İrfan is very qualified, the staff is friendly, it is a very clean hotel in terms of hygiene. It is a hotel that you can easily recommend to all holidaymakers because it is a brand. Have a good holiday to everyone.

It was our first family with our 4 month baby the day after Eid at Belek Beach Resort Hotel. On arrival Yavuz (the most helpful) was there to explain everything to us not leaving us wondering what is available to us. It is a beautiful hotel. The food is very good with a variety of foods, not e everyday is the same in the aspendos restaurant it does vary! very delicious standard of food is amazing , as stated Yavuz is very qualified, the staff is friendly, it is a very clean hotel in terms of hygiene. It is a hotel that you can easily recommend to all holidaymakers because it is a brand. However I did suffer with mosquito bites and insect bites.

We are still enjoying our holidays at Belek Resort Hotel and we are having an incredible experience ! The staff, especially Mehmet and Ozcan the bartender, anre above and beyond to ensure our stay is memorable. My daughter had the time of her life with the fantastic events and animations provided. The variety of food available with the ALL-inclusive package was impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping service. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation ! 🫶

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, rooms were spotless and all areas of the hotel, cleaners working constantly. Very friendly and helpful. A wide range of family activities. Delicious food. A wonderful welcome on arrival. Fantastic shops with great vendors.

Mehmet inan ergulu kosar are the best waiters. There English is brilliant. And they are also supporters of the reds So helpful and ready to make sure your looked after. This hotel is out of this world. Can not find anything to complain about. Will definitely be back.
