No hot water. No toiletries. 1 towel. No temperature control. Bed was uncomfortable... The list goes on.

No tenían agua caliente y el check inn lo hicimos hasta las 3:30 ya que no contaban con habitaciones limpias

Falta aseo en las baterías sanitarias,encontramos el baño sucio,sábanas manchadas al igual que los edredones,un olor a viejo,húmedo u mohoso en el ambiente de las habitaciones,cuando la reserva nos dieron un precio y luego nos pusieron show en el cobro del IVA y no nos permitían el acceso a las habitaciones si no lo cancelabamos de inmediato.
Nos querían cobrar un servicio adicional de lavanderia.
Hay que capacitar más en atención al cliente al personal de recepción.
En general este hotel eccoin no se lo recomendaría a nadie!

No realizan limpieza a diario y además los implementos de aseo no los dan a diario mejor dicho la habitación está limpia y con los implementos de aseo cuando la entregan porque después se les olvida qué hay un huésped y que deben realizar el aseo así el cliente salga tarde
