T3 Alpenhotel Flims

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The manager Carlos and restaurants manager mo mo were very aggressive in their approach to certain guests. The packed lunch was awful, you got shouted at at by staff if you moved tables took drinks outside used a coffee cup instead of tea cup. Had to rush all inclusive drinks as only available for 90 minutes. Bar never open. It was like a prison camp . Cannot believe the hostility from Carlos and mo mo. How they still have jobs is beyond me.

Stayed as part of a Shearings coach tour. Room large, clean and with alovely view. Very comfortable beds but no air con so , with outside temperatures in late 20's very, very hot. Excellent breakfasts but evening meals left a lot to be desired, especially with choice. If you are elderly, village is about 10 minute walk uphill. Staff were very friendly but drink prices were very high, £15 for a cocktail! Avoid the packed lunches at all costs. They are dire.

Extremely friendly staff. We really felt like home. The family room was spacious with a great terrace. The breakfast buffet had wide range of choices with a really good coffee. We are defintely coming back! Thank you for this great service.

The attitude and manners of bar & restaurant manager 'MoMo' was dreadful. This person acts aggressively and abruptly to guests, especially Shearlings coach party.The girls waiting staff were the opposite and very polite and helpful.Manager should watch and learn from the girls. Inclusive deal not honoured, acted as gatekeeper for drinks already paid for up front. Bar opens for about 2hrs in the evening and is not manned up so it's pot luck when you get served and then closed by 10pm every night. No tea or coffee in rooms. No night staff which surprises me (health & safety). Packed lunch was bread roll and water sometimes an apple (was that prison food in the 1800s). Vegetarian people not readily catered for. Shearing's should seriously review using this hotel as it will result in bad press and lost bookings. This spoils what otherwise is a great holiday with good itinerary.

As a couple we spent 3 weeks in this hotel. It was simply perfect. From the room comfort , to the huge array of delectable goodies at the buffet breakfast and above all the excellent service from the front desk through to the Dining room and from housekeeping .I can not fault our experience and would certainly return. Special mention goes to MOMO and his girls. Always smiling and eager to please.

Great property - very friendly staff and well up kept.

The Spanish general manager Carlos told us that internet was available throughout the hotel when he knew there was not. When I others complained, he was rude and abusive as well as being a liar. All the other staff were friendly apart from the general manager. There were no ***** toilets on the ground floor and you had to go to your room if you wanted to use the toilet. The hotel is not suitable for disabled people with steps everywhere. the grounds were covered with brambles and ****s and gave the place an uncared look. In the room there was a shower over a bath tub but very difficult to access the taps. Very slippery bathroom floor. Bathroon had 2 soap dispensers but I could not get soap out of either. The bedside light was so dim it was impossible to read anything in bed. The desk had room for a fridge but there was none. There was no fan or air conditioning despite the temp being in the 30s outside.All rooms had a balcony. The evening meal consisted of a starter (2 days soup and 2 days rabbit food) main course and desert. Drinks were charged to your room and when paying the bill found them expensive.The main course had generous portions. Breakfast was in buffet style with cereal/yoghurt. Cold meat and cheese, rolls/bread, butter/margerine, jam. No eggs of any kind. 2 drinks machine for coffee with one machine had hot chocolate which was so sweet it was undrinkable. multi vitamin juice and orange juice was available.

The staff made my stay very enjoyable. Momo seemed to run the restaurant with ease.

The staff were all really nice. The location is great and the views too.
