Best hotel I’ve ever stayed, the service was perfect, the place was so big and beautiful. The beach is not crowded with people, even the breakfast was nice. I can surely give it a 10/10.

It truly lives up to its reputation as Boracay's premier hotel. The transfer service was exceptionally thoughtful, and the private jetty added a touch of exclusive luxury. The resort boasts comprehensive facilities, and the room amenities are impeccably maintained. It's wonderfully quiet, and the service is discreet yet incredibly attentive and considerate.

Life-time experience and splendid service living up to the standards of Shangri-la brand. Booked a premier room with see view - very spacious and clean room and great activities within hotel. Food was amazing in most restaurants inside the property. No need to go anywhere if you check in into this property.

Excelent resort. The resort is offering breathtaking views, pristine private beaches, and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options. Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

Amazing Facilities and great buffet! Only feedback would be more smiles from staffs. We’ve been to other less expensive 5 star hotels in other Asian countries and their hospitality felt warmer

This hotel is simply amazing! From the moment you arrive, you’re captivated by its beauty and stylish design. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, diverse, and full of flavor. I moved here from the neighboring Mövenpick, and it was the best decision ever! The difference is like night and day—going from a nightmare to a dream. The service here is exceptional, and they truly care about their guests. I’m beyond impressed and would love to return!

We booked the tree house villa and the view was stunning and unforgettable. The resort is so big that you need to wait for golf car transfer to get around. The main pool feels like tropical paradise. definitely a five start+ resort.

Beautiful resort with white sand beaches and big pools for families and lazing about. We stayed for four nights and didn’t leave the resort once. We tried all the fancy restaurants in the property but the diavola pizza poolside was our favourite. Every evening we were spoiled with a different sunset scene with beautiful colours and quiet scenes. Would love to come again, but with so many thousands of islands in the Philippines maybe we will go to a different island next time.

Very good hotel, perfect place to relax. Compared to the price, they provide limited amenities, while other hotels like Four Seasons provide modern things like in-room tablets for room service and other things. They use everything old-style.

Best hotel we've ever been, there is literally nothing I could find to complain. From transfer from/to the airport, services, cleanness, food, pool, activities and so on ... there is nothing that was overlooked. Yes, it is expensive, however you are getting so much for your money that you won't feel cheated. It's one of those rare cases when the photos are less spectacular than reality.
