From the impeccable service to the pristine rooms and delicious breakfast, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Let's start with the service. The staff at Henann Park Resort were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. A special thanks to Carlo, who made our stay truly remarkable. He was always there with a warm smile, ready to assist us with any request. Carlo's attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. His knowledge of the local area and recommendations for activities and dining options were invaluable. The rooms at Henann Park Resort were nothing short of luxurious. They were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was also impressed by the modern amenities provided, including a flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The breakfast at Henann Park Resort was a delightful culinary experience. The variety of options available was extensive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. We enjoyed our stay at Hennan Lagoon. The staffs of Hennan are very friendly and accomodating. The pool are very clean. My kid really had a great experience and had so much fun. Looking forward in staying at one of the hennan hotels soon..

On paper this hotel should have everything , fantastic location and well established . Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for . Every few days they reset the room Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset. They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in . Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential

Went there for the Valentines day weekend. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff and the suite was clean and wonderful. Very quiet and within walking distance to White Beach and conveniently located near a 24 hour McDonalds and Subway which certainly came in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. They offered a complimentary free for one day breakfast voucher in their hotel, whuch was also very delicious. Its a bit of a ride to and from the ferry to get there but if you can get a package deal going to there and back certainly recommend it. Plan ahead with one of the local drivers so you have plenty of time to catch your plane as ours flew only once a day to and from Clark in Luzon. But very enjoyable, also wear a lot of sunscreen because its very easy to get sunburned in a short amount of time while having fun in the beautiful crystal clear water as we did. The air conditioning in the room was quite helpful and enjoyable esp after getting sunburned. Although the shower didn't have a door so expect the bathroom floor to get a bit wet easily. Plenty to watch on the cable television in the room as well, bed was a bit rickety sounding on one side but otherwise very comfortable. Easy access to the room with a keycard.

My stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a picturesque getaway, with its stunning beachfront location providing breathtaking views. Situated in a prime spot, the resort offered easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to every need. However, my experience was marred by the presence of ants throughout the room, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the resort's beauty, convenient location, and excellent service.

My third time going to Boracay, my first time was in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, however it was too far, 2nd time we stayed in Villa De Oro, and for my third time, we stayed here at La Carmela. Our stay here at La Carmela was a clutch decision but a truly memorable one. We celebrated New Year's Eve 2022 at La Carmela. We stayed there for 9 nights. But I must say, some employees are not that dedicated and passionate with what they do, except for the security personnel who were all very accommodating. I myself, I am a front office agent, I can't even feel the sincerity with the service they provide. I was actually expecting a lot from La Carmela since Mr. Boy Abunda has always been promoting this resort during all his shows, in addition to that, so many celebrities and even influencers have stayed in La Carmela and seemed to like their services. But, to my dismay, all my expectation weren't met, unfortunately. Food is average, our daily breakfast was always served ice cold, pool is massive and beautiful, location is priceless since it's near the beach and just near to everything else where. I just wished they can step up their services including personal services to their guests, most especially that there are already a lot of hotels booming as their competitors. I know La Carmela has been there for countless years already, so why not make their legacy a good one. Overall, our room was okay, we waited for so long for our MUR, plus the ac in my mother's room is not functioning well. Would love to consider this hotel once more as it is perfect for budget travelers like me. stayed for 9 nights with my partner, mother, and my sister, and we only paid PHP 25k for everything including their plated breakfast. We went to Boracay in July 2022 for 22 days and we spent our last 6 days in Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay which was the best decision as we wanted to stay at Station 3 during our remaining days. This beachfront hotel is accessible through an access road from the main road which makes it easier to jump into an e-tricycle to go around the island and the White Beach Path for beach access. The staff were all nice especially the food and beverage team who were always there to assist us during our breakfast meals on the restaurant. Our room was located on the first level which was great because we were near the front desk, restaurant, beach and the pool. The hotel was built in 2009 so the amenities may not be updated such as there's no bidet in the toilet and I also wish that they have a retractable clothesline in the shower to hang our wet clothes on. But the classic wood furniture and beautiful lamps in the room really never gets old. We only went around Station 3 in those 6 days and I would say that it's one of my favorites areas in Boracay as it's a perfect fusion of the old and the new, as well as the perfect mix of locals and tourists. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay.

Location is great just right next to the port in station 3 , a bit far from dmall though. The room is clean , soft bed with free service water. The receptionist were so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here

Booked and paid for 2 months in the presidential villa and invited 14 overnight guests between 2-7 days. My booking was from February 1 until March 31, 2021 and I moved out 10 days early without a refund. Pro: Spectacular location New facilities Friendly staff Con: The lady and the gentleman who remotely manage the resort from Manila and Cebu have zero experience how to build, maintain and run a resort. They hired people without any hospitality experience, the general manager was a former housekeeping manager. Result: My guests and my family had food poisoning because the kitchen was never properly cleaned nor was there anybody who checks the food or kitchen staff. The manager got drunk while my guests were here and he double booked my reserved villas. Some guest villas had no AC and service for my guests was so chaotic that I ended up taking care of everything myself, from organising to get the villas cleaned to making sure there was toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the restaurant, they served a cake and one of my guests found a bit of metal wire inside the cake where previously a candle was attached. He was afraid that he may have swallowed a piece of wire. We asked the staff where they buy their cakes and they said other guests brought a cake for a birthday party and this piece was a left over! Fortunately, my guest was fine and got lucky since he found the metal wire before he swallowed any. When I finally announced my departure, the lady and the gentleman from the board sent me threats. I think if the investors in the resort replaced the board and hired experienced hospitality management, this could be one of the most beautiful experiences in the Philippines. Warning: One of my guests is a construction engineer and made me and my guests aware that we must not enter the cliff terrace in front of the restaurant because it has a severe structural problem (walk on it and you will feel how it moves up and down). The board was aware of it and allowed any guests and groups to use it anyway, and even dance on it, which is extremely dangerous. I just came across a lot of old positive reviews - possibly from people who were invited to stay for free during the opening period - and I decided to leave my comments although it has been a while ago that I stayed there. People cannot see behind closed kitchen doors and I had full kitchen access during my entire stay, and it was definitely a health hazard to eat there. Until someone with restaurant experience cleans up and properly handles food, and until someone with hospitality experience manages the rest, this resort should be avoided. Hopefully, the people who invested in this resort check what's going on there and come to their senses. A few examples: The cheap wood used for construction is already rotten, therefore cliff walkways and villa roofs need to be renovated. A small node in the middle of untouched nature. If you are looking for quiet and relaxation, you are absolutely right here. There is a great swimming pool with enough beds and sunscreens. The beach is very well, but the tide is extremely strong and the sea is not always suitable for swimming. The restaurant is good, but it has only a small choice and breakfast is rather small. We spent four nights in the double room with balcony and MB. Although a little more expensive than the beachhouses, the additional price has been absolutely rewarded. The owner is Brite and very nice and helpful. We felt well around, but the four days of loneliness was enough. There is nothing around but nature, but this time we enjoyed full.
