The hotel's location is excellent, and the room layout is well-designed. We had a great view from a high floor. It's super convenient – just a short walk across the bridge to the pedestrian street and night market, and there's a large shopping mall right downstairs, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Check-in was quick, and they even gave us an extra complimentary breakfast for our child. The breakfast itself was fantastic, though the food pickup area was a bit small. They also offer a take-out service. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay.

This was hands down the best hotel I've stayed at all summer! The room was incredibly clean, spotless even, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever (no musty smell, no drain smell). The water pressure was excellent, making for a truly invigorating shower. The bedding was also pristine, which was perfect for my allergies. With a Simmons mattress and a down duvet, I slept incredibly well.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. They were very responsive and proactive in handling requests. For instance, I asked for an extra duvet, and it was delivered to my room even before I got back! The housekeeping staff were also very friendly.

 The laundry room was well-equipped with four washers and four dryers. What's more, the staff even helped with washing, drying, and folding the clothes, which were then neatly bagged and delivered to my room, all completely free of charge! There's also a gym available.

The buffet breakfast was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options, plus the local specialty, Liuzhou Luosifen. Most importantly, the hotel boasts a two-story underground parking garage. This is a huge convenience, especially given how challenging it can be to find parking in the city center. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to Qingyun Market and Wuxing Pedestrian Street. You can also easily walk to the riverside to enjoy the musical fountain or visit the Liuzhou Museum.

The prices were reasonable, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Liuzhou! What a fantastic experience! 👍

This hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of Guilin, offering incredible convenience. The Li River and Fubo Hill Scenic Area are right outside, and popular attractions like Diecai Hill, Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Pagodas, Xiaoyao Tower, Jingjiang Princes' City, and East-West Alley are all within easy walking distance.

The front desk staff were lovely and provided excellent service.

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are equipped with smart toilets and smart curtains, which was a really nice touch. The room itself was bright, clean, tidy, and completely odor-free.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The Guilin rice noodles were especially tasty.

Overall, it's fantastic value for money.

Spacious, clean and tidy. Wuyue Plaza is right in front of the hotel. It provides one-stop dining, drinking and entertainment. Good value for money. Stayed for another three nights. Convenient snacks nearby. The room has complete supplies. The disposable slippers are of good quality and can be worn many times.

1. The platform price is good, cheaper than the market price;
2. The location is very good, there are many supermarkets and restaurants around, and it is not far from the transportation hub and urban attractions;
3. The room is at the end of the corridor, which is a common problem of online booking rooms; the window is the commercial residential building opposite, which is still under renovation, the building distance is close, and the sense of privacy is low;
4. There are welcome fruits and snacks every day, and the smoke-free treatment noted must be praised, but there are many smokers in the lobby and elevator and no supervision;
5. The room area is large enough, and the facilities need to be improved: the automatic curtains are faulty, the water pressure is low (the water volume for bathing and flushing the toilet is insufficient), and the water temperature is hot and cold (the switch is difficult to adjust, and the water temperature will change by itself)
6. The biggest complaint: There is a self-service laundry room, but it is fully self-service. The washing machine and dryer are not integrated. You need to wait for the washing to be done and change to another machine for drying, which is very time-consuming. There is no sign for the washing and drying queue, and there will be queue jumping if you don’t keep watch. There are notes, but no staff will handle it according to the requirements. The clothes that have been coaxed are required to be hung up, but they are thrown into the basket next to you and piled up for you to find;

The decoration of the hotel is very new and good, all are smart. When we checked in, the beautiful manager at the front desk showed us the room. She was very nice and gave a very detailed introduction. The buffet in the morning was also very rich. The hotel's service was very good. We left The hotel also gave away local specialties. I will book this hotel next time.
