I had a pleasant stay at remm Roppongi. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our visit. We arrived earlier than check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the lobby, which was very convenient. The lobby area also has a nice selection of amenities that you can take as needed—it's a thoughtful touch. The room itself was clean and tidy, though quite compact, which is typical for Tokyo. There was a simple massage chair in the room, which was fun to try out after a long day of walking. The view from the window was simple. The location, however, is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from the metro station, making it super easy to get around. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay in Roppongi.

This hotel is excellent. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you feel a comfortable and grand atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, and their English was fluent. Although the room decor is a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. The connecting room was also very spacious, which is a huge plus in Japan! The hallways have full-coverage surveillance, making me feel very safe and secure. On the 18th floor, there's a vending machine room with a great selection, including various ice creams that the kids loved – a big bonus! The breakfast spread was also extensive, and all the service staff were very polite. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

First time visiting Tokyo for summer vacation. After walking around all day, it was really great to come back to the hotel and enjoy the hot spring facilities. My daughter's favorite thing every day was the onsen! The Hankyu's location is excellent, just one stop to Shinagawa, making it convenient to go anywhere. Highly recommend!

Good price, convenient location, and very easy access to both JR Lines and Tokyo Metro. Department stores, shopping areas, late-night restaurants, and convenience stores are all within a 3–5 minute walk. Overall, I had a really happy stay here — clean, comfy, safe, and great value for money! I would definitely comeback again!

What I liked:

* Amazing value! I paid under CAD100/room/night for 2 ppl, saved more money for shopping and food.
* The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
* My standard room had a nice city view.
* Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Front desk is available 24/7.
* Large luggage storage/locker is available free of charge. (No worries if you arrived before checkin time 3pm) I arrived at 7am, left my luggage at the hotel, explored Tokyo all day, and came back to check in at 11pm with no problem.
* 24/7 convenience store right on the first floor of the hotel
* Many restaurants nearby within 1–5 minutes walk
* there are 2 Ichiran Ramen locations next to the hotel (one is open 24hrs!). This is very famous ramen, and you don’t have to wait for long line-up at Ueno station
* The area around the hotel felt very safe and quiet, even late at night.
* Room amenities included kettle, mini fridge, instant coffee, hair dryer, slippers, bath robe, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and more.
* The bathroom was very clean and came with a bathtub.
* Extra amenities like toothbrush, razor, comb, face cleanser, and body lotion were available at the lobby.
* Free umbrella rental available at the lobby

Things to note:

* The cheapest standard room is small for just 1-2 people, especially if you have large luggage. We could fit 2 carry-ons and 2 large suitcases, but can only open one luggage at a time due to limited space.
* Bathroom is also compact. I’m 158cm tall and it was okay for me and my husband, but taller/larger guests may find it tight. The toilet, bathtub and sink are close together, so there isn’t much extra space to move around. But if you don’t mind, I recommend to book this hotel and save money for shipping !
* I tried the 1500 yen breakfast once. It wasn’t bad, taste good. but there were very limited choices. I personally recommend eating outside instead.
* TV does not support Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, or other streaming apps.

Hope it helps :)

Booked this room for myself
Location is very convenient as it is beside Akihabara station.
Room is also quite clean and there is daily room service if required. All the amenities are also at the 6F front desk, they provide toothbrush and toothpaste as well which is nice. A water bottle is provided as well every time they perform room service.
For the breakfast, they will give you the paper coupon for one of the cafe at another building, the food there is delicious and I recommend the pancakes.
Toilet is also a pleasant experience as it is separated section of the shower room and toilet.
As for the massage chair, I did not use it as I can see that it's dirty or just old from the stains left on the chair.
But overall, I would book this hotel again if I'm staying at Akihabara next time.

This cozy hotel offers clean rooms and a friendly staff for a great stay. This hotel is located in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo's premier shopping and dining district. You will be just steps away from luxury boutiques, world-class restaurants, and major subway lines.

Tokyo Station and Ginza are both within walking distance, so the location is very convenient.

The hotel is located right next to Exit 6 of Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line, which made getting around extremely easy. During my trip, it rained occasionally, but thanks to the direct access, I was able to travel between the subway and the hotel without getting wet.

The room is small, but that’s quite typical for Japanese business hotels. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable for a good night’s sleep.

I also needed to send a parcel to Hamamatsu during my stay. It wasn’t easy to get help at the nearby 7-Eleven, but the hotel staff kindly assisted me with the entire process. It was something I found quite difficult to do on my own, so I really appreciated their help. Their kindness made my stay even more enjoyable.

This is a stylish hotel in a good location. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from JR Tokyo station, however as I had a lot of luggage with me I took a taxi from Tokyo station, which cost about 1000 Yen. The entrance to the hotel is a little hard to see - there is an entrance at street level with an automatic sliding door. The door opens to reveal the entrance to a restaurant, you then have to turn left to find the lifts which only go to the 14th floor, where the reception is. After checking-in there are a different set of lifts that go to the floors where the guest rooms are. The reception area, as with the rest of the hotel is stylish - there was a lady dressed in Kimono to help guests at the lifts!
I had booked a single room , but I was upgraded to a double room free of charge. This room was a good size by Tokyo standards, with a separate toilet and a separate shower room with a bath. The washbasin was in the entrance hall, not in the bathroom.
There was no desk or office chair in the room, but there was a table and corner sofa. There were power and USB sockets by the bed.
As I wanted to use a laptop, I had to move the table close to the bed, so that I could plug the laptop into the power socket sit on the sofa. This wasn't the most comfortable arrangement!
I would also have preferred to have the wash basin in the bathroom rather than in the entrance hall. The floor tended to get wet where I walked from the entrance door to the bed area.
Even though this is a stylish hotel in a good location, with good staff and facilities I wouldn't stay here again. I need a work desk and chair to use a laptop which this room does not have. It is a boutique hotel rather than a business hotel, more suited to guests that don't need to work from the room.

Stayed here with my sister and we loved it! such a good area, the ginza line is amazing. the staff are so friendly and helped us with everything. also their service for luggage transport was 10/10 compared to other places we stayed at. they required us to scan a qr code which you can fill up on your phone and its very easy to do compared to writing on the typical pink sheet. loved the shower pressure it was nice and strong with amazing scented soaps. and finally the best part of it all was the massage chair! i didnt expect to use it as much as we did and it was the best! will definitely go back here and recommend to other people!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my very first visit to Tokyo, and staying at Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo was an absolute privilege. From the front lobby to room service and the Club Lounge, I was deeply moved by the incredible hospitality and kindness of every single staff member.
Coming to Tokyo without knowing much about the city, I couldn't have picked a better location. It provided seamless access to all the places I wanted to visit, including Ginza, Tokyo Station, the Imperial Palace, Azabudai Hills, and Shibuya. On top of that, the vibrant izakayas surrounding the hotel were so inviting that I wished I could visit them all.
Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.
Thank you once again to the entire team for a memorable stay.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for reaching Kansai Airport; you just cross the street after heading downstairs, and you're practically there. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants on the 8th floor right below the hotel, which is fantastic! Hoshino Coffee, which is especially delicious, is also there! The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and helpful, even assisting with check-in. During my stay, my shoes broke in the lobby, and when I needed to throw them away, a staff member proactively offered to take them. While you have to ask staff for skincare products, everything else you need can be found in the lobby. There's also a coffee machine and a cold water dispenser downstairs, which is super convenient! Each floor seems to have a water dispenser, which is why there's no bottled water in the rooms!

The corner room is indeed quite spacious, perfect for travelers with large suitcases.
Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage at the front desk are all semi-self-service.
On the first day, the front desk staff didn't mention that there's a self-service area on the other side of the counter where you can pick up toothbrushes, combs, and razors. I didn't see any shower caps, so you'd have to bring your own! (In this regard, it seems even worse than Toyoko Inn...).
The hotel's location is truly convenient; it's the best choice for those who love to shop!
I'm personally not a big fan of the dark lighting in the elevator lobby 😅

Location: Probably the only hotel located right inside Shin-Osaka Station. You don't even need to exit the station; just head to the north exit and you're there.
Facilities: The rooms are cramped. If you have large luggage, this isn't the place for you. Don't book a queen room for two people – you'll be constantly bumping into things just trying to move around.
Service: Mostly self-service, but there was a friendly guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and the service was good.

I deliberated for a long time over which hotel to book and finally settled on Hanshin. After checking in, I completely forgot that my booking included breakfast. It would have cost over 100 RMB per person for breakfast if I'd had to pay at the hotel, so getting two breakfasts included with a 600 RMB per night room felt like a huge saving! Although the breakfast didn't have a massive selection, everything I tried was perfectly to my taste. On the first day, I ate breakfast around 7 AM and didn't feel hungry again until my second meal at 6 PM. The room, though small, was clean, tidy, and incredibly quiet. On the second day, when the staff asked if I needed room cleaning, I declined and instead asked for a bottle of hand soap. It was POLA hand soap, which is exclusive to hotels and not available for purchase elsewhere. The hotel is super convenient from Kansai Airport; you can take the JR rapid express directly to Fukushima Station for 1180 JPY per person. From the station, it's just about 50 meters across the road. It's also within walking distance of Yodobashi Camera and Hankyu Department Store. I highly recommend this hotel – it's excellent value for money!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Fukushima Station, making it very convenient to get around. However, the room is quite small; two women would find it impossible to do their makeup simultaneously. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, I highly recommend it. I didn't notice the 'Indian' smell that some online reviews mentioned, and my room wasn't noisy at all. Plus, I had a nice night view.

This is a standard business hotel with a great location. However, the rooms are quite small; a quadruple room can barely fit two suitcases. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so you can't adjust it individually in each room. On the plus side, there are plenty of dining options in Hankyu Sanbangai behind the hotel, and the station is very close. The breakfast is pretty mediocre, and the lobby is also very small.

I chose Hankyu again this time, even though it's a bit far from the station, because I was so impressed by their warm and thoughtful service on my last visit.

I booked the same room as before, and the view was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were so good that I even took some with me. The cleanliness was, as expected, impeccable, with the room tidied thoroughly every day.

Regarding service, they still offered the same excellent experience of escorting guests to their rooms and explaining the features. The check-in process and concierge service were also top-notch.

However, there were two small disappointments this time. First, one morning before we left, we requested two bottles of water. But when we returned in the evening, we found that the usual spot for bottled water hadn't been refilled with new ones. I'm not sure if it was an oversight or if they assumed that since we'd already received water that day, they wouldn't provide more.

Secondly, on my previous stay, a staff member would help push our luggage to the car and hand it over to the driver when we checked out. This time, they only asked if we had a car and then left us to it, which momentarily made me feel like I was back at the Imperial Hotel (a jab at what the reviewer perceives as less attentive service there). All in all, I was a little disappointed compared to my last visit, especially since the location isn't the most convenient, making service all the more crucial.

Also, it was quite surprising that bath caps weren't provided as a standard amenity.

The location is fantastic, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's a 5-minute walk from where the bus drops you off in Kobe after visiting USJ, and the Kansai Airport bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. The JR station is right downstairs, making it perfect for traveling with one child. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. You can ask the staff for toiletries and amenities. On the last day, a Chinese-speaking staff member even chatted with my child while they were getting their luggage. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the rooms are a bit small and the price is relatively high.

:) Thankful for the hotel shuttle service as the hotel is located after a really steep slope. Both onsen in hotel and the next building are good and clean.

:( Amenities didn't include facial cleanser and milk lotion. The pillows are too hard for me. The dinner plate arrangement setting appears to be dated - some of the food containers are old/ worn out with visible scratches on the surface. The menu is in Japanese wordings - will be good to provide English version.
