We loved everything about it. Clean, cozy, and delicious food. No need to leave the hotel, everything you need is on site. Plenty of space to walk around too.

The room felt quite small for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), which made our stay a bit cramped. Navigating the long hallways was tiring, especially with young children. The breakfast was average—considering the price, I expected a better variety of options.

The swimming pools were decent, and we appreciated having access to them. However, the lack of readily available buggies and the long waiting times for the abra (boat service) made getting around frustrating.

On a positive note, the in-room treats were a nice touch—fresh fruits, dates, and plenty of bottled water were much appreciated. Still, overall, nothing stood out as exceptional, and the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Good hotel, good location. Service is on point. One thing was disappointing. A socket exploded in the room, the fuses blew out and my charger was almost burned. They fixed the problem quickly, but no apologies, at least some compliment from the hotel for what happened.
Also, here this hotel pointed as 5* but it is 4 stars hotel, what is mentioned on the entrance of the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing food and an incredible view of the Burj Al Arab. The staff are also very warm and attentive.

Very good. As a family trip, it is very cost-effective to book a room during the period when the exhibition is not held. I did not expect to be able to stay in such a house in this place during the Chinese New Year. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and the service is also excellent. Anoma's smile is so charming. Healing and making people feel at home. The hotel has all the cooking pots and utensils, and there is a small supermarket below. It is very convenient if you want to cook some food occasionally. It seems that many Chinese people don’t know this place to stay. I haven’t met other Chinese people. I highly recommend it. .

The room has a balcony and the service is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, more suitable for Europe and America. There are almost no Chinese people in the whole hotel, only foreigners. It is very close to the castle market, and you can eat and go shopping on foot.

The hotel is quite opulent and features an Arabian style, perfectly satisfying my desire to experience local accommodation. The service was excellent; they sent a WhatsApp message 2-3 days in advance to greet us and genuinely noted down our needs. We arrived early, and they truly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including plenty of local specialties. The hotel boasts extensive facilities, and there's even a bazaar right on-site to explore. Although the price was a bit high, the experience was truly great!

The hotel is beauty and the facilities is great
The reception Vilma and someone delivery my luggage so nice. Bfast so great
However, my room have something like cockroach and fly and the Japan restaurant tori is bad. Don’t go. I can taste the freeze of the sashimi and little bit fishy.

Nice view. Good location. Not as jam as other cbd area. Hotel is nice, clean and fairly new. Stay for 2 nights. First mrng we stayed there. The house keeping woke us up at 8am to ask for house keeping. We forgot to turn on do not disturb. My biggest mistake. But we stay in so many diff hotels before. No house keeping ever knock the door that earlier. Given that we checked in aft 11pm the night before. Also no refill for toilet amenities at all. They throw away my shower hat and not refill anything inside bathroom that I hv been used. It just too late to order them fr house keeping since I already took off all clothes and start shower. I drank up the coffee supply and no refill for capsule for the second day. Not satisfied with the price I paid for this hotel. It should be better experience than this. House keeping ppl need to be trained up to make the basic standards

It is a good hotel, however the service quality depends on who your are talking to.
There’s a very nice guy in the reception team willing provide very good help on everything with very high efficiency.
But the reservation and sales team are really sucks, they reply email slow and are reluctant to do anything flexible but not harm any party’s interests, and very arrogant. When you propose any flexible thing with them, they always tell you we are full and has only 100 room, we have premium location, all the words inherently indicate that you either follow our words or you are not welcome. They even give you a rate with extra cost for breakfast to high grade membership of the hotel who are qualified for free breakfasts, it is really unbelievable.
It is really rare to see such kind of sales team in a 5 star hotel even though our team almost stay here throughout the year and telling them we are going to stay on.
Good facilities and location, but the team really need to be reconsidered and some of them are great, but some are really bad.

Let me start with my overall impression. As someone from Sanya, Hainan, who has traveled to Guangzhou, I've stayed in many five-star hotels of various brands since childhood. Jumeirah, however, stands out as the most comfortable hotel with the best service I've ever experienced, bar none. Its location is excellent, near Guangzhou Tower. Just a few hundred meters walk through an underpass from the entrance leads to Huacheng Plaza, and a bit further is Haixinsha Park.

All the staff, both men and women, were incredibly handsome and beautiful – a treat for the eyes! During check-in, they offered me a cup of tea, and I was able to sit throughout the process, handled by two lovely receptionists. The staff member who helped me with my package delivery was very professional and attentive, gentle and kind, and handsome too.

The butler was attentive and responsive to every request, contacting me a day before my arrival. The background music in the lobby and restaurant was delightful, perfectly matching the hotel's style. The high ceilings in the rooms are a signature feature, and the decor is understated yet luxurious.

The sunset and night views were absolutely stunning. Every evening, staff delivered complimentary sweet soup and welcome fruits, which were delicious.

The only minor letdown was breakfast. Perhaps everything else was so exceptional that the breakfast seemed ordinary in comparison. Although the variety was somewhat limited, the quality of the dishes was exquisite, so I still give it a big thumbs up! I'll definitely bring my family to experience it next time.

**Facilities:** Well-maintained and very new, with a modern decor that I absolutely loved.

**Hygiene:** Clean, at least my room was.

**Environment:** It allowed me to relax and get a good night's sleep. Before coming here, work and life stresses made it impossible for me to sleep soundly. But here, I had a two-hour nap and still managed to sleep eight hours at night. The bedding was excellent. I had been suffering from cervical spondylosis, but after a bath and a good sleep, I felt completely recovered.

Staying at the Jumeirah Living Guangzhou during Chinese New Year was an absolute perfect experience! The apartment's location is superb, making it very convenient to get around. The festive decorations, from the lobby to the rooms, were warm and elegant, creating a delightful atmosphere the moment you step in. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. It was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable; the bedding was soft, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The front desk and room service were both enthusiastic and efficient, responding promptly to requests with thoughtful attention to detail. I especially want to commend Grace, who assisted with my check-in and check-out, and Jack, who helped me with my luggage upon departure – both were incredibly attentive and detailed-oriented. The cleaning service and the complimentary 'goodnight' sweet soup were also very heartwarming touches. It was evident that there was a high volume of guests during Chinese New Year, yet the hotel maintained its high-quality service, blending hotel luxury with the comfort and warmth of home. It's perfectly suited for families and long-term stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient, I always walk to the store and walk to Harold. The hotel room is a typical not-so-large room in London, but the magnificent room I live in is almost the same.

Very satisfied hotel, the service was very good, and the last day was delayed. Also close to horrods. Shopping is very convenient. The most satisfying hotel in London.
