Happy that the entrance for theme park is so near!  However, we were allocated the valley wing side. Good thing, it is more peaceful, the nature view is nice.
However,  abit inconvenient, and if you are unfamiliar with the place, I do see people get confused and lost at the valley wing lift.

The hotel's location is excellent! Check-in took over an hour (the self-service machine showed an error, so I had to take a number and wait in line at the counter), but check-out was quick (self-service). I booked two Y5 triple rooms; they were very small. The door lock looked like it had been tampered with and repaired, the security latch was crooked, and the sink stopper was broken, but the shower pressure was strong enough. When I pulled back the covers, there was someone else's hair, and the bed sheets had small holes.

I had a very pleasant stay with my family here. Totally worth for the price, it has great view, great attraction such as nature trail, kids activity area and large swimming pool. Room is nice with comfortable bed. Toilets and sitting area is a lot in the resort, great for guest to sit and chilling. However, one area of improvement should be on breakfast part. Please make sure adequate staff is available in the morning to serve for breakfast as there was long queue. Ala carte food is understandable with the food voucher, but please provide other drink also for kids as option available are only black tea and black coffee. Other than that, we had a great time and keep up the good job.

Paid an extra RM5 for early check-in. Perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the carpet in the room had a strange smell, but opening the window to air it out helped. There's no air conditioning, only a fan, but that's perfectly fine, the fan was sufficient. The room was quite large and comfortable. I had a direct view of the cable car from the window. I was on the 9th floor, so I could hear the Cloud Arena's rehearsal crystal clear 😂 Got a free concert out of it!

The stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, ****** and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

The hotel service was good, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was average. The hotel is connected to Wintown, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the view was open, it was often foggy and unclear.

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

Outdated and old hotel, but still the best in this location. Good facilities and easy check in process. Brought my kids for swimming, very big pools and friendly staff. Near to Mesra Mall too. If you drive an EV, the hotel doesn’t have EV Charger but u can go to Petronas Rantau with 150kW Gentari on it, just 7km from the hotel. We will come again in the future.

My stay at Resorts World Langkawi was truly a memorable and refreshing experience that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Located on the beautiful island of Langkawi, the resort offered a perfect combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, whose friendly and professional attitude made me feel relaxed and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which had a stunning view of the sea. Waking up each morning to the sight of calm blue waters and lush green surroundings was incredibly peaceful and helped me disconnect from the stress of daily life.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which overlooked the ocean and created a breathtaking atmosphere, especially during sunset. I spent hours there just relaxing and enjoying the scenic beauty. The resort also had a variety of dining options, and the food was delicious, offering both local Malaysian flavors and international cuisine. Every meal felt special, with fresh ingredients and great presentation.
Another thing I appreciated was the peaceful environment of the resort. It was not overly crowded, which allowed me to enjoy quiet moments and truly unwind. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still having a calm place to return to. Overall, my stay at Resorts World Langkawi was an unforgettable experience filled with comfort, relaxation, and beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable getaway.
