I've stayed here many times, and I always choose First World because it's just so convenient! You can find food and drinks right downstairs. I feel like the bathroom in the room I got this time was renovated, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable! My only wish is that they could improve the check-in system... it's seriously too slow; I had to queue for an hour to check in.

I would say that the check in process is tedious. We have two rooms, and they mentioned that if we book 2 Quad rooms. Its hard for people who have leg issue due to the platform beds. 

- toilet cleanliness could be better
-water provided
- quite good tv channel provided. 
-view is spectacular 
- 2 fans in the room (one is a rotating fan on top, and the other is hanging on the wall)
- 2 queen bed can sleep 4 people comfortably. 
- request for connecting room can only be made upon check in. 
- they dont really entertain if u request it earlier. 
-toilet floor slippery. Families with young kids or elderly. Please bring anti slip mat as the hotel doesn't provide. 
- customer service staff at the reception during check in, service could be better, somehow potray as rude.

Walking distance to skyworld outdoor theme park. 

Definitely u need to walk abit more to get to the mall. 

Not sure if other hotel is more convenient. But for parents with 2 young kids 7 and 3 i would say it's a distance for the kids. But they enjoyed it.

”Although there was a technical issue during check-in and our paid room was fully booked, the hotel staff resolved it professionally. We visit here every month, and our children really enjoy the activities organized by the staff. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious pizza, which we always look forward to having. Please maintain the same great taste, but I hope the restaurant staff can be more attentive to arriving guests and avoid judging customers based on their appearance.”

Very convenient around the genting area as there were underpasses and linkway access to everywhere! It is facing the skyworld outdoor theme park and cable car. Service was fast and efficient too :) Package comes with breakfast.

The stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, ****** and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

The hotel service was good, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was average. The hotel is connected to Wintown, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the view was open, it was often foggy and unclear.

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

Things  i enjoyed:

Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. 

Cons:

Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. 

Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average.

My stay at Resorts World Langkawi was truly a memorable and refreshing experience that exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, whose friendly and professional attitude made me feel relaxed and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which had a stunning view of the sea. Waking up each morning to the sight of calm blue waters and lush green surroundings was incredibly peaceful and helped me disconnect from the stress of daily life.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which overlooked the ocean and created a breathtaking atmosphere, especially during sunset. I spent hours there just relaxing and enjoying the scenic beauty. The resort also had a variety of dining options, and the food was delicious, offering both local Malaysian flavors and international cuisine. Every meal felt special, with fresh ingredients and great presentation.
Another thing I appreciated was the peaceful environment of the resort. It was not overly crowded, which allowed me to enjoy quiet moments and truly unwind. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still having a calm place to return to. Overall, my stay at Resorts World Langkawi was an unforgettable experience filled with comfort, relaxation, and beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable getaway.
