This is one of my go-to hotels whenever I'm in Shanghai. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very welcoming. It's super convenient for getting around, and I always have a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Yan Yuyin at the front desk for her meticulous service – her name really stuck with me! And many thanks to Lynn, Cynthia, and Nancy from the Guest Relations team for following up. ❤️❤️

Once again, staying at the Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai felt just like coming home, and it was a truly rewarding experience. We booked a king room and a twin room for our family of three. When we requested rooms on the same floor, Lvy and Chloe from Guest Relations went above and beyond, even upgrading our rooms – we were incredibly touched! 

Even though it was plum rain season in Shanghai, with misty rain every day, standing by the large floor-to-ceiling window in the room offered unique views, near and far, allowing us to appreciate a different kind of scenery. 

Breakfast was as sumptuous as ever, the rooms were still incredibly comfortable, the environment offered a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and the surrounding area remained perfect for shopping and dining. 

Though it's an established five-star hotel, it exudes a fresh vibrancy within its rich heritage. Every visit here brings new discoveries and new experiences!

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded my room, and the view from this corner room was indeed excellent. However, after adjusting the handheld showerhead, the water flow was still too strong and the spray area too small. I suggest considering an optimization or replacement. After checking out, the hotel's lost and found department promptly contacted me about a book and electronic device I left in the room, and they were quickly mailed back. I'm very grateful. For my next business trip, I'll still prefer to choose the Shangri-La Qiantan.

Staying at the Shangri-La Hotel, Hongqiao Airport, truly redefined my perception of an airport hotel. It's not just a convenient stopover for catching a flight, but a refined haven worth experiencing in its own right.

The hotel excels in convenience: From Hongqiao Terminal 2 Arrivals, you can follow the signs and walk directly to the lobby through an air-conditioned corridor, without ever needing to go outside. This is especially convenient for travelers with heavy luggage.

The environment was the most pleasant surprise. I was initially worried about airplane noise, but the room's soundproofing was beyond impressive. Watching planes take off and land from the tarmac outside my window, I felt a sense of tranquility, completely isolated from any hustle and bustle. As a fully Horizon Club-equipped hotel, I enjoyed coffee and a light meal in the lounge in the afternoon, watching the flight information screen – it was both reassuring and relaxing.

The room design incorporates elegant Old Shanghai elements, with meticulous attention to detail. The toiletries and bedding maintain Shangri-La's consistently high standards. Breakfast deserves special praise; in addition to the standard buffet, there are à la carte options like Eggs Benedict, meat patties, soy milk, and fried dough sticks. The waitstaff thoughtfully reminded us of the dining times. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was genuinely smiling and promptly responsive. A special shout-out to Charlene, who was warm, attentive, and always happy to help!

In summary, whether for business or a romantic getaway, this hotel delivers a delightful experience that exceeds expectations. The next time I fly through Hongqiao, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

This five-star hotel truly delivers on luxury, and the experience was superb. The location deserves a special mention – it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Being within walking distance of Metro Lines 1 and 10 makes getting around effortless. Step out of the hotel, turn left, and in just 50 meters, you're at a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options, it's hard to choose! All your retail and food needs are easily met.

The room itself was a pleasant surprise; it's incredibly spacious, bright, and well-lit. The floor-to-ceiling window offers an amazing view, and relaxing there while taking in the scenery was wonderfully comfortable. The amenities are comprehensive, and the pillows and mattress are a perfect 10 for comfort – I slept soundly straight through till morning, feeling completely refreshed.

Breakfast is also worth highlighting, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. There are so many choices, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.

The staff were consistently warm and polite, always thinking of the guests' needs. Their attentive service truly deserves a huge thumbs-up!

I had such a delightful stay these past few days; I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

I visited Beijing on a business trip in June and chose to stay at the Shangri-La Beijing. The biggest surprise of my entire trip was the front desk agent, Gaogao – she deserves a special shout-out! 

It was the height of summer in June when I arrived, lugging my suitcase and sweating profusely. Gaogao greeted me with a constant smile, showing no hint of perfunctoriness. She efficiently handled my check-in, proactively informed me about the location of the elevators, pool, and restaurants. When she learned I planned to visit nearby attractions the next day, she meticulously marked out routes for me and even shared some great photo spots in the hotel's back garden. Her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming.

The hotel environment is absolutely stunning. It’s a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, boasting its own Chinese-style garden with lush greenery that's perfect for photos. The room had plenty of natural light, was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. After a long day, lying down instantly felt relaxing. The mini-bar was fully stocked. The dining was excellent; both the breakfast buffet and the Shang Palace Chinese restaurant offered delicious food, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive.

As a five-star hotel, the hardware itself is already outstanding, but Gaogao's gentle, patient, and empathetic service was a huge bonus. It truly alleviated my travel fatigue and made the entire experience fantastic. I was extremely satisfied with this stay in June 2026 (sic - assumes a typo, translating as June this year, but kept the original '2026' as requested by example); I've already recommended it to friends, and Beijing Shangri-La will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Beijing. A big thank you again to Gaogao for her wonderful service!

I can’t recommend China World Summit Wing, Beijing, managed by Shangri-La, highly enough.

As someone who has stayed at many of the world’s finest hotels, the level of care my son and I received here truly stood out. If you’re visiting Beijing, this is the hotel I would recommend without hesitation.

Perched at the top of Beijing’s tallest hotel, the views are spectacular—but what impressed me most was the people.

My son only likes one particular variety of apple. After Christina, the restaurant manager, noticed this, she quietly made sure that two of his favorite apples were prepared for him every single day so he would never be disappointed. It’s such a small gesture, yet it speaks volumes about the genuine care this team has for its guests.

Another unforgettable moment happened at the spa. My son became so relaxed during his treatment that he fell fast asleep. Rather than waking him, Emma and Lily from the spa gently carried him all the way back to our room on the 17th floor so he could continue sleeping peacefully.

Luxury is beautiful design and breathtaking views. True luxury is when people care about you without being asked.

Thank you, Christina, Emma, Lily, and every member of the team for making our stay so memorable. We will absolutely be back.

This is our third stay at this hotel within just six months, and whether we're here by ourselves or with friends and family, the experience has been consistently excellent. Here's why:

Firstly, the hotel's environment, hygiene, and facilities are all top-notch – clean and comfortable.
Secondly, the service is outstanding, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff. From check-in to check-out, they always make us feel right at home. The service is never overbearing, yet always genuine and incredibly warm. We always bring our children, and they absolutely love Shangri-La Shougang Park, which is a major reason why we keep coming back. As repeat guests, the hotel takes increasingly good care of us, and it's slowly started to feel like 'home' – that growing sense of familiarity is truly wonderful.

Moreover, the parking attendant is also very thoughtful. Every time we drive into the parking lot, he greets us with a 'Welcome back,' which is a lovely touch that warms our hearts.

Let me share something that particularly moved us: Yesterday, while taking our children to the pool, a little girl and her brother were unsupervised, and the brother started to drown. The lifeguard was incredibly responsible and attentive; he rescued the child immediately and then patiently emphasized the importance of safety. Frankly, many hotel lifeguards just sit there, but we've seen this particular lifeguard twice, and each time he's been very strict about the swimming cap requirement. His actions this time were exceptionally professional and timely, further enhancing our positive impression of the hotel.

Each visit to Shangri-La offers a unique yet consistently excellent experience – it truly feels new and refreshing every time. We hope Shangri-La continues to thrive, and we will definitely be back again soon, probably very soon!

The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet. Definitely want to go back!

Shangri-La is located right in the middle of a few malls, meaning foodies will be really happy staying here as there are many restaurants all around it. Also located within walking distance to the train station n exhibition hall. Hotel is a tad old but friendly service staff n the wonderful location makes up for it.

This was my first stay at the Shangri-La Shenzhen Nanshan, and it far exceeded my expectations – I absolutely have to leave a positive review.

A special thank you to Wendy from Guest Relations for arranging the birthday decorations. I had only planned for a simple dinner and an overnight stay, but they truly went above and beyond. The room was decorated so warmly, and my friend absolutely loved the hand-drawn birthday card! The small cake was delicious too. These little details really made a lasting impression.

Regarding the service: From the friendly greeting by the front desk lady during check-in to the doorman actively helping with luggage at check-out, every single step was impeccable. You can truly feel that the staff genuinely cares for the guests, rather than just mechanically going through the motions. Before we left, it started raining heavily, and Wendy from the Horizon Club Lounge invited us to enjoy afternoon tea before heading out, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Regarding the environment: Being a new hotel, it truly stands out. The design is very strong, and every corner is picture-perfect. The public areas are very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent, so I had a great night's sleep.

In summary: If you're looking for a stylish place in Shenzhen with great service, perfect for celebrating anniversaries, this hotel is an excellent choice. My friend said it was the happiest birthday she's ever had, and that's all that matters.
