The location is fantastic! It's just one subway stop from the train station, and Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake are only a 6-minute bike ride away. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, and they even offered complimentary mung bean soup every day. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom and the four small bottles of mineral water, which were convenient to carry around.

The service was excellent. I requested a higher floor and they were able to accommodate me by changing my room type.

My favorite part was the great swimming pool and gym facilities. Perfect for working off those extra calories after a good meal!

As someone who pays close attention to detail, the room quality at this five-star hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The daily housekeeping was meticulous; tabletops, corners, and bathroom glass were spotless, free from any water marks or dust. The bedding was changed daily, with no odd smells or hairs. The room layout was well-designed with ample storage. The blackout curtains effectively blocked out light, ensuring a full night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, with all facilities, both soft and hard, working perfectly. The mini-bar drinks and toiletries were replenished promptly. The service was thoughtful; the turndown service included complimentary water and snacks. Any issues I reported to the front desk were addressed by staff within minutes. It was clean, comfortable, and attentive – a perfect stay.

For us the place is great. Close to local food and coffee shops, has bathtube, large screen with movies. Price is quite affordable. Stayed there many times without problem. However this time we got a bed with very noisy springs and speed of TV connection was low so the video moved with delays.

The hotel's service was excellent, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Link at the front desk for his outstanding attitude. The room was clean and tidy, making for a great stay.

**Facilities:** As a new hotel, everything felt fresh and modern. There's even a robot that delivers takeout right to your room in the evenings, and the room itself boasts a super-large bathtub.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Here's a review of the hotel:

1.  The congee came without any side dishes, not even pickles.
2.  There was no menu at breakfast, making it impossible to distinguish between vinegar and soy sauce.
3.  The pan-fried dumplings were cold and unpleasant to eat.
4.  The fruit clearly looked like it had been cut the day before, as the surface was already dry.
5.  The cornstarch thickening in one dish was so excessive it looked like snot.
6.  Steamed items like corn and buns couldn't be self-served; you had to stretch your hand out with a plate to an attendant, who would then serve you. It felt like begging.
7.  The hotel seems to have sold many packages recently, attracting a lot of tourists. Breakfast was incredibly noisy, with many people making calls on speakerphone and loudly chatting with friends.
8.  The hotel itself is new, but the service is far from adequate. Staff seemed to be in a constant state of 'I'm new and don't know anything.'
9.  The ground floor pool is outsourced, and there were many people coming and going for swimming lessons. You could even smell hydrogen peroxide in the lobby.
10. There were only two bottles of mineral water in the room, which isn't enough for summer.
11. The gym had no towels or mineral water.
12. The lobby was filled with local residents seeking refuge from the heat.
13. Both the gym and the pool are outsourced, so the hotel has no control over their opening and closing times. Currently, they open at 8 AM, which is inconvenient for early risers. From another perspective, this means the hotel doesn't currently have an in-house gym.

Overall, the hardware, being newly renovated, would rate above 4 points. However, the software and service would be below 2 points. This might be due to it being a new hotel, with staff service still in a development phase.

The room is quite large. The shower room, bathtub, and bathroom are separated from dry and wet areas. It is quite clean overall. After checking in, the aunt sent the children's slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The service is quite attentive. A few points that need to be mentioned: 1. There is no trash can next to the sink, and you need to go to the bathroom or room to throw away garbage, which is a little inconvenient; 2. Only tea is marked with prices in the room, and mineral water, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. are not marked. Some The hotel charges for all these things, and this aspect can be improved by putting a label on it; 3. The buttons on the TV remote control don't work, and I checked in a bit late, so I didn't change it; 4. The front desk phone number is not marked on the room phone, I think. Contact the front desk and have to find the number on Ctrip.

Stayed during the May Day holiday, the pool water was not cold, it felt heated! Children can also swim for a long time, and the water quality is very clean. The service is good, very warm and polite. The golf course is also good, it feels like this specialty. The gym has all kinds of equipment and a sense of sports atmosphere. There is a large lawn outside the hotel, the sun is good, and the children and father are good to play Frisbee there. There is Hangzhou Bay Wetland Park near the hotel. It is very pleasant to take elderly children out, see birds, and stroll through the wetland. After playing in the morning, the Hangzhou Bay Bridge is very close.

The hotel's location is excellent, truly just a stone's throw from the school. I stayed here for a few days with my child because our rented apartment wasn't ready yet. The room was comfortable, and the front desk service was fantastic. Special thanks to Xiao Lin and Xiao Ye for upgrading our room type!

The front desk service was very thoughtful, making check-in to check-out incredibly smooth. The staff were enthusiastic and always ready to answer any questions, which made for a very comfortable experience. I was particularly impressed with the guest room. The layout was well-designed, making excellent use of space without feeling cramped. The air was fresh with no unpleasant odors, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft, and my family all slept soundly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, cold dishes, pastries, fruits, and porridges. The flavors appealed to everyone, making it suitable for all ages. The restaurant environment was clean, and dining there was very convenient.

Nice lake view with skyline, clean rooms, shower and heating are all working well, good robot takeout delivery service, helpful receptionists, friendly staff overall. Would book again if I go to shaoxing.

Service: Satisfactory. We were given a free room upgrade when the room was less crowded.
Because I was on a business trip and had to check out later, they told me I could clean up my room. I arrived at the hotel after 2:00 AM to get my belongings.
Breakfast was served in the room and was quite generous.

The hotel is relatively new overall, the rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk service is attentive, the restaurant has rich food, the sleeping environment is quiet, the overall experience is good, it is worth staying, and the manager is a beautiful woman, I feel good after seeing it, I will book here next time!
