After a year, I'm back at the Nanyuan Hotel in Ningbo, and it's just as delightful as ever! Last year, I was won over by their thoughtful service and it stayed with me. This time, the stay was again perfect, so comfortable and reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised when they kindly upgraded my room for free during check-in! 👍

The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with a warm and comfortable ambiance. During my two-day stay, the service was thorough, detailed, gentle, and enthusiastic. All my requests were handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication and care. I truly felt a warm 'home away from home' experience.

This established hotel consistently delivers quality, with warm and attentive service. Its prime location is perfect for both leisure travelers and business stays. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo. Next time I'm in Ningbo, I'll definitely choose Nanyuan Hotel again!

As someone who pays close attention to detail, the room quality at this five-star hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The daily housekeeping was meticulous; tabletops, corners, and bathroom glass were spotless, free from any water marks or dust. The bedding was changed daily, with no odd smells or hairs. The room layout was well-designed with ample storage. The blackout curtains effectively blocked out light, ensuring a full night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, with all facilities, both soft and hard, working perfectly. The mini-bar drinks and toiletries were replenished promptly. The service was thoughtful; the turndown service included complimentary water and snacks. Any issues I reported to the front desk were addressed by staff within minutes. It was clean, comfortable, and attentive – a perfect stay.

For us the place is great. Close to local food and coffee shops, has bathtube, large screen with movies. Price is quite affordable. Stayed there many times without problem. However this time we got a bed with very noisy springs and speed of TV connection was low so the video moved with delays.

The hotel's service was excellent, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Link at the front desk for his outstanding attitude. The room was clean and tidy, making for a great stay.

**Facilities:** As a new hotel, everything felt fresh and modern. There's even a robot that delivers takeout right to your room in the evenings, and the room itself boasts a super-large bathtub.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

The room is quite large. The shower room, bathtub, and bathroom are separated from dry and wet areas. It is quite clean overall. After checking in, the aunt sent the children's slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The service is quite attentive. A few points that need to be mentioned: 1. There is no trash can next to the sink, and you need to go to the bathroom or room to throw away garbage, which is a little inconvenient; 2. Only tea is marked with prices in the room, and mineral water, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. are not marked. Some The hotel charges for all these things, and this aspect can be improved by putting a label on it; 3. The buttons on the TV remote control don't work, and I checked in a bit late, so I didn't change it; 4. The front desk phone number is not marked on the room phone, I think. Contact the front desk and have to find the number on Ctrip.

The front desk staff were efficient and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was super fast, and the front desk agent, Xiao Han, was smiling and very welcoming, providing excellent service. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with instant hot water. The soundproofing was fantastic! My entire stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again! Professional and warm, a full 10/10 experience. Thumbs up to Xiao Han! 👍

Stayed during the May Day holiday, the pool water was not cold, it felt heated! Children can also swim for a long time, and the water quality is very clean. The service is good, very warm and polite. The golf course is also good, it feels like this specialty. The gym has all kinds of equipment and a sense of sports atmosphere. There is a large lawn outside the hotel, the sun is good, and the children and father are good to play Frisbee there. There is Hangzhou Bay Wetland Park near the hotel. It is very pleasant to take elderly children out, see birds, and stroll through the wetland. After playing in the morning, the Hangzhou Bay Bridge is very close.

房間整體乾淨整潔，床品舒適，住得舒服且安靜。乾濕分離的衞浴設計和免費洗浴用品也獲得了不少好評。

The hotel's location is exceptional, right next to Zhenhai High School. The back entrance of the restaurant is directly connected to the school gate, making it incredibly convenient for dropping off and picking up children; I even took photos to confirm this myself. The hotel has a parking lot, though it's not very large. You don't need to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries; the front desk staff will help bring them right to your room door. The interior decor is unique, and the service is thoughtful and warm. When checking out, I accidentally left my child's doll behind, and the staff proactively reminded me and helped mail it back. On the night we checked in, we even received complimentary fresh fruit. The breakfast selection is extensive, and you can enjoy authentic Ningbo specialty 'mianjie' noodles, which taste great. The only noticeable drawback is that the entire place feels a bit damp. The lobby has a decorative pond, leading to high humidity in the public areas, and the bedding in the rooms also felt damp. I suggest adding a dehumidifying function to the in-room air conditioners to improve guest comfort.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The front desk service was very thoughtful; not only was check-in fast and efficient, but they also proactively provided us with a map of local dining and attractions, which was incredibly useful. The room was even cleaner than I expected, with great attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The freshly made mini wontons, in particular, were very authentic and delicious. Overall, it exceeded my expectations—truly an exceptional accommodation experience. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

Nice lake view with skyline, clean rooms, shower and heating are all working well, good robot takeout delivery service, helpful receptionists, friendly staff overall. Would book again if I go to shaoxing.

Service: Satisfactory. We were given a free room upgrade when the room was less crowded.
Because I was on a business trip and had to check out later, they told me I could clean up my room. I arrived at the hotel after 2:00 AM to get my belongings.
Breakfast was served in the room and was quite generous.

The hotel is very new. Although the location is relatively remote, the environment is good and quiet. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The service staff are enthusiastic and considerate. When booking the room, I didn't find that breakfast is not included. The restaurant provides breakfast for a week. Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is enough. Yes, fruit was given as a gift after check-out.
