The guesthouse even offers a pick-up and drop-off service to Emeishan Station. Ambiance: The room was clean and tidy, and the decor had a lot of style – I loved it! Breakfast: For a guesthouse, the breakfast here was quite plentiful and tasted great! Overall: We were in a bit of a rush on this trip to Emeishan with our child, but finding this guesthouse made our experience truly wonderful! I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back.

The staff are warm and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and everything is clean and tidy. My favorite part is the riverside hot tub! This is definitely a hotel I'd choose again for my next visit.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and the location is good. It is very close to Shangzhongshun Food Street. It is about 300 meters away. It is very convenient to eat. From breakfast to dinner, the experience of Shangzhongshun Food Street is much better than Zhanggongqiao Food Street. The room is facing the Lijiang River, the view is very wide, and it feels very pleasant to walk on the Binjiang Road. The service attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful. In the evening, I drank tea in the tea room and read a book. It was very relaxing. The room facilities are also very complete.

Liu from the concierge team proactively contacted me a day in advance to ask about my arrival time and needs, and he went above and beyond to accommodate them, even during the May Day holiday. The breakfast was impressive, with freshly squeezed juice, made-to-order fried dough sticks, and local specialty snacks. It's the perfect place to rest and recharge after a tiring hike.

GGuest UserI arrived at 11 AM and they let me check in right away, which was great. However, even though I arrived at 11 AM, the front desk girl assigned me to Building 2! This was the most unsatisfactory part of my stay, so much so that I almost complained about her. I booked a room with a terrace specifically for the view, and instead, I got a view that looked like a cemetery. Thankfully, Little Liu later helped me change rooms, and that was much better. During my stay, both the security guards and the cleaning staff had excellent attitudes. The hot spring was also quite good.

MM754724****I stayed near Baoguo Temple during my trip to Mount Emei this time. This hotel is quite reputable and very convenient for getting around, located just 100 meters from the Baoguo Temple tourist bus terminal, making it easy to find. The staff even gave me a free upgrade to a room with a bright window. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with both dry and wet slippers provided. The hotel actually has an indoor hot spring bath, which was quite clean; I even saw staff draining and scrubbing the pool in the morning. Breakfast was mainly Chinese, and although simple, at least I got a hot meal before heading out to explore, which was reassuring. I'm very satisfied with the price, considering its good location, breakfast, separate wet and dry bathroom, and comfortable bedding. I'm truly content.

GGuest UserChoosing this hotel for our trip to Leshan was the best decision. It's ideally suited for families traveling with parents. The family room had spacious beds (both the large and small ones), and the room itself was very clean. The river view rooms boast fantastic scenery, and the third floor also offers beautiful night views. Its excellent location meant my parents could easily take leisurely strolls along the river in both the morning and evening.
