Shenyang Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel's location is absolutely prime in Shenyang. It's just 200 meters from the subway and right in the heart of Shenyang's Middle Street business district. The Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Liu Laogen Grand Stage are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is also very comfortable, and the room layout is reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were excellent; they offered me hot water, instantly dispelling the chill. The breakfast on the second day was also very plentiful. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

I personally believe this is currently the best-managed hotel in Shenyang. It's located in the former municipal government building, right on the City Government Hang Lung Plaza, with direct subway access. This makes it a central location in Shenyang, convenient for getting anywhere. The rooms are still very new, and the mattress is super comfortable. Breakfast meets the standard of a five-star international hotel, with excellent Western and Chinese options. They even have croissants kept warm in an oven and delicious fried cakes. From 6 PM to 8 PM, the lounge offers dinner, including eight hot dishes and main courses, salads, cheese, cold cuts, and sushi. There's a chef preparing fresh noodles on the spot. They also have simple desserts (the same as those offered at the Wenguan buffet) and beverages. The quality is really impressive. If you're not factoring in value for money, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing.

The Le Méridien Shenyang is indeed excellent. Starting with the ambiance, you're greeted with an artistic vibe right from the entrance. While the lobby isn't a massive, high-ceilinged space, it exudes a sense of luxury and art everywhere you look. As a member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and all other member benefits were perfectly delivered. Thumbs up! The breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as I'd imagined, possibly because I went a bit late, but several dishes were genuinely delicious. In terms of value for money, it's also the best among the Marriott properties in Shenyang. Finally, I must extend a huge thank you to the attendant who cleaned room 1102 that day. They meticulously found my necklace that had fallen on the floor. Additionally, the front desk and concierge staff helped me mail it back incredibly quickly. This truly demonstrates the excellent service attitude of your hotel staff towards guests and the effective training the hotel provides its employees. Absolutely fantastic!

Finding the right hotel in Shenyang is so important! This time, I chose the Swissôtel by Accor, right by Qingnian Park metro station. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. For around 500 RMB, it even offers a swimming pool. The best feature of the room is definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers a fantastic city view of the TV Tower. The cityscape is really impressive, though I regret not taking night photos as I was out exploring. The room is also quite spacious, comes with a bathtub for relaxing, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that they didn't offer a birthday treat even though I checked in on my birthday.

Every time I visit, I'm always impressed by all the staff here – from the front desk and management to the back-office team, and even the cleaning aunties are incredibly nice and friendly. The value for money is outstanding, and it's super convenient for shopping and doctor's appointments – a one-stop shop. Honestly, every time I come, I already want to plan my next stay here. There are quite a few hotels around, but this is always my top choice; I absolutely love it! Plus, I heard it's pet-friendly! Next time I'm on a road trip with my dog, this will definitely be my go-to choice. The delivery robot for takeout is also really convenient; it doesn't bother the staff, which is great for introverts like me!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just minutes' walk from the subway station and shopping district, making travel incredibly convenient. I wanted to experience a Shenyang bathhouse, so I specifically chose Qinghe Bandao, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The facilities are huge. Outdoors, there's a wave pool, a lazy river, and the tiered and infinity pools are super photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend the wave pool for young kids, as inner tubes can flip over easily – my child swallowed some water and refused to go back in, haha. On the second floor, there are many indoor hot spring pools and a spacious rest area. The third floor has a kids' play area and a buffet restaurant. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes. The limited-time items include one serving of durian, half a lobster, and one abalone per person. The durian quality was quite good, about 1.5 segments per person, which was plenty. Now, I need to specifically mention the service. When I called to inquire about the hot spring tickets for the next day during booking, the staff member on the phone was quite cold, which was a bit disheartening. But upon arrival, I found everyone to be incredibly warm and friendly! As I was checking in, a young man from the hot spring department happened to be returning to the guest room department and helped me with my luggage all the way – much appreciated! Manager Xiaohui at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and attentive. She helped me store my luggage, and after our room was cleaned, she had our luggage delivered to the room. She also proactively sent us the activity schedule, which saved us a lot of trouble. She even gave the kids water guns and fish spa vouchers – many thanks! The ladies in the buffet area were also very friendly and helpful, providing detailed answers to any questions we had. When we left an item behind, they found it immediately and helped mail it to us. So, the service at Bandao is actually excellent; everyone can rest assured! Plus, the room was very clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Room clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.

The location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍
