Staying at Northeast Asia Hotel, the most immediate impression is that the facilities are brand new and fully functional. The overall room decor is very fresh, and all equipment is exceptionally well-maintained with no signs of wear and tear. The smart control system is responsive and easy to use, making the adjustment of lights and curtains smooth. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and brand new. The bathroom features a wet-and-dry separation layout, a stable hot water supply, and spotless, gleaming fixtures. The room Wi-Fi is stable, there are plenty of power outlets, and charging devices is very convenient. The public areas are clean and grand, with comprehensive amenities. The soundproofing in the room is quite good, ensuring a quiet, disturbance-free stay. The hardware conditions really stand out among hotels in the same price range, making for an overall excellent stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel rooms are spotless, and the hygiene inspection was incredibly thorough. The entertainment facilities, especially the swimming pool, are beautiful. The meals are delicious, and the staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11 AM, which is a really long and convenient window. The hotel's location is excellent for transportation, very close to the subway station – just a few minutes' walk. There are also several parking lots available at the hotel, which is a great plus. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, right downstairs is Toutiao Hutong Food Street. It's close to Metro Line 1, making it super convenient to get to the Forbidden City and Zhangshi Shuai Mansion. The 5th-floor terrace offers a distant view of the Forbidden City and overlooks Middle Street. If you're driving, contact the hotel in advance for free parking. The room is clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and a separate wet/dry bathroom. There's even a robot for delivery service. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. A must-choose for any traveler!

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations: 1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet. 2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money! 3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. I even made a point to ask for their names—their warm hospitality truly reflected the hotel's heart. Huge thumbs up! Kudos to the front desk team: HELEN, TILDA, and VERA.

My stay at Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping exceeded my expectations. The hotel was meticulously clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was very efficient. Any issues were communicated and resolved promptly, especially by the service manager, Joyce, who handled things with great professionalism. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and its location made getting around very convenient. It's truly perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

However, when we entered the room, there was already a handwritten blessing card on the table. My partner was incredibly surprised and said the trip was totally worth it. Throughout our stay, he was consistently attentive. When we asked for recommendations on where to eat or explore, his suggestions were always practical and genuine, not just generic info you could find online. One evening, we returned late, and he even specifically asked if we had a good time and if we needed help calling a taxi. And the room was also fantastic. The floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor overlooked the lake view of Youth Park. It was especially beautiful when the lights came on at night, even more stunning than in the photos. This kind of service isn't just routine politeness; it's genuinely caring about the guests' needs. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely stay here again and be sure to look for Eric!

Traveling from Beijing with my pets (dog and cat) was so easy. The service throughout our stay was attentive and thoughtful. The gym facilities are excellent, and the breakfast was also good. The room was clean and tidy. This is definitely the go-to pet-friendly hotel in Shenyang. It's not far from the attractions, and there are plenty of great food options nearby. The scenic area is also a lot of fun, making it perfect for families with pets!

I went there expecting a top-notch bathing experience, but I was sorely disappointed. First, let's talk about the room. I booked the last available tatami room. It was spacious enough, with an indoor hot tub, but no window. The ventilation system made a lot of noise when turned on, and even with the air conditioning set to the lowest, it still felt stuffy. The room included two hot spring tickets, valid until 6 PM the next day if you checked out before 10 AM. Breakfast was at the Breeze Restaurant in the villa area, priced at 119 yuan per person, and the quality was very poor. It opened at 7 AM, and when I arrived shortly after, they were still slowly putting out food. There weren't many options, but the most memorable was the bacon – just a few burnt-looking pieces on the plate, I couldn't tell if they were leftovers or just overcooked. If breakfast is included in the room rate, you might as well grab a quick bite, but otherwise, it's definitely not worth the price. The hot springs were very basic – no food, no drinks, and no fruit (I'd seen reviews mentioning occasional fruit, but I didn't see any). A bottle of plain water cost 8 yuan. I went on the afternoon of check-in, around 5 PM, and it was quite crowded. The next morning, it was even more so. In short, I won't be going back.

I picked this hotel last minute for my summer vacation because I was staying in Shenyang for several days, and this one had continuous availability. Plus, it had a bathtub and a small tent for the kids, which sealed the deal. The location is definitely a strong point, right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, near the subway station. The lobby is on the 7th floor for check-in. I saw reviews mentioning having to go to the lobby daily to reactivate the room key for the next day, so I specifically asked the front desk. A manager helped me arrange a continuous stay, so I didn't need to report to the 7th floor every day – much appreciated. As for the environment, being an older hotel, it did feel a bit dated, but I figured it would be fine. We booked a family room with a tent and some toys inside, as well as a bathtub. Our first night's shower was smooth, but the following days were quite frustrating. During the summer, it was scorching hot, and after sightseeing, we'd usually return around 10 PM. The shower water would barely be warm then; it was too cold for adults, let alone children. After discussing it with the manager in the middle of the night, they assured me it would be better the next day. So, the next day, we made sure not to stay out too late and returned at 9:30 PM, and the water temperature was acceptable. However, on the third day, it was bad again. After several attempts, I realized that the water temperature gradually dropped after 9:30 PM, heated up again after midnight, and was hot in the morning. It felt just like an old electric water heater. Normally, turning the mixing valve to the left increases the hot water temperature, but the hotel seemed to control it itself. Even when turned all the way to the left, it wasn't scalding, just suitable for summer temperatures. I considered complaining to the manager again but decided against it, assuming most electric water heaters in the north operate this way. And this was in summer! I kept thinking, what would tourists do if they stayed here in winter and the shower water gradually cooled down at night? Perhaps that's not my concern. In terms of cleanliness, it was generally good. The room was cleaned daily, and slippers, toiletries, and children's amenities were all replenished. For soundproofing, since all family rooms are near the elevator, I paid attention to it while sleeping but didn't notice any significant noise or disturbance, so that was acceptable.
