GGuest UserPark plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again.

GGuest UserThis was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts. This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food. Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly. The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

AAnonymous UserLovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

LLadyMarahGreat location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

I think breakfast could have had a better selection I was just a little grumpy because there were no hashie Bs. Overall a 8/10 I really enjoyed my stay

LLee JowleeAllocated room 814 which was a mission from reception. Room in state of poor repair. We didn't care that much as it was just a one night sleep. Big hole in floor by bed.abput 3” x 4” large Sharp things under carpet when walking barefoot. Bathroom in a state of poor repair. Ironically had to pay a security deposit for what was a room that needs a complete refurb. Impossible to shower as insufficient cold water and no cold water in morning to brush teeth. Not good. Beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant .

GGuest UserGreat convenent budjet hotel, both for my work and nights out I stay there a few time a year.. Was sad to find out the complimenrty tea/coffee is now a payfor and I would not recomend the breakfast mufin, nothing like the photo in the lift that drew us in, just an over heated sloppy mess, I will stay there agine but will avoid the in house food.

NNeil CookeLovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
