YYannick.vdhWe had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel. The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could. At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free! The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony. We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full. These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused. The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

너너구리 064The owner is incredibly kind. The location is super close to the Oasis, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's condition is great, and the amenities are well-maintained. I travel quite a bit, and this is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides salt for brushing teeth – quite a unique touch! The breakfast is also good for the price. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit humid. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. I just want to reiterate, the owner is truly lovely. Thank you!

CCaracol OutsiderHighly recommended!! A great, affordable place on Cat Ba Island. From what we've seen, it's hard to find something like this in Vietnam!!! Gem, the owner, is incredibly hospitable, always with a smile. From the day we booked, she contacted us to find out our arrival time and if we needed anything (she even offered transportation to pick us up from our previous hotel in Ha Long and drop us off at the door of the Napoli). She has everything ready so you can organize your trip from her ”command center”: motorbike rentals, laundry service, different tours around the island, and breakfast with various menus, all accompanied by drinks and fruit. She can also arrange transportation to your next destination... All at a good price. The rooms are just like in the photos, and the linens and towels are clean. There are basic amenities, as well as coffee, tea, and water. There's a refrigerator and hot water. If we return to Cat Ba, we'll definitely stay at the Napoli again!!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

GGuest UserThe best hotel in Cappadocia! The staff service was top-notch, and their responsiveness was excellent. The location itself was superb, and the breakfast was fantastic. The gym is okay if you're looking for bodyweight exercises or dumbbells (though there's a Chris Bumstead video playing on the wall... it's just not possible with the facilities provided). But it's fine for temporary use. The pool: PERFECT!!! Even in the cold January weather, the indoor pool was enjoyable enough (why there's a foot volleyball court or ping-pong table in the middle of the pool is a mystery...). The game room: Just skip this one... it has old games, and some are broken. The kids' room: Don't expect the kids to play there for a long time. However, the location and view are a solid 6/5, which makes it totally deserving of a 5-star rating overall.

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

GGuest UserОчень колоритный отель, выглядит как произведение искусства! Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌 Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥 Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.
