Fantastic hotel, extremely spacious, quiet environment and clean rooms. Also brilliant staff who provide an excellent check in service. Approx 5-10 min walk to the beach and Spa.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and efficient. We were very impressed with our accommodation and the Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
We would happily stay there again.

The room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable, they were hairs in the dhower and on the bed. The walls near the windows where damp.

On arrival staff were very friendly and helpful room was clean and tidy parking was nice and easy and fairly priced. Overall our stay was very good and will definitely stay again

The only thing i would improve are the pillows on the bed - neither of us slept very well as the pillows were not at all comfortable. Everything else was first class.

Well placed for where I was working. Quiet room. I slept very well. Parking is not free, it's £6per day. The room was OK but quite tatty, bathroom was less than appealing, lots of old limescale and grubby grouting. Plughole and overflow in basin needed a good clean /descale and toilet pan was brown below the waterline. Paint on corner of bedroom looked like it was /had been leaking as stain marks.

The hotel is typical 3*. The room we were allocated was small and in particular the shower. At the time of our visit the thermostat on the shower was not working so it was not possible to control the temperature. It was very hot! The hotel is on the South Cliff with limited restaurants and bars available. However staff were very friendly generally very helpful.
