Really nice stay, I got there and my code to my room wasn't working @ 1 in the morning. Was able to call support and get a new room within 5 minutes. Walls are thin though!

We stayed in a basement room. It was OK, but there was little sound proofing so that you could hear the flushing of toilets from neighboring units, people walking in unit above, cleaning ladies chatting in hall. Room was in poor shape on check in - all except one electric outlet and the TV did not work. There was a window that did not close, letting in cold air, and anyone really wanting to break in. Maintenance did fix the electric and got the window to close and lock, but we had no tv for our 4 night stay. Location is great though.

The room was clean and nice, however, I didn't noticed when I booked, but this room was in the basement, which I didn't like much. It was possible to open the black out curtains only partially, leaving the room in the dark, and therefore I had to always keep the lights on. The room was quite noisy, mainly due to the noise coming from the upper floor and the fridge, which would intermittently turn on very loudly during the night.

We loved this neighborhood and were able to park on the street. The room is quite pleasant and the property is well-maintained. Communication was clear!

My room was small and in a basement ( as some other units) which made me feel claustrophobic. From my room I could hear the constant flashes from the room upstairs (very loudly) and all their footsteps too. Very noisy room! I tried to reach the Administration to see if we could be moved to another room and to tell them we could make our TV control work and it was absolutely impossible to get in contact with them. I called, I texted, I left messages, tried through the ******* customer service also… but in the end I had to give up. Not satisfied at all with my stay. I don’t recommend. First time in my life I take the trouble to write a review but I’m still upset.

Place was great, I like that everything is online. Codes to get into the building and your room. Very clean, cozy and private. Only thing is the tv did not work in my room.

Nice building but paper thin walls. Literally was able to hear full conversations from upstairs neighbors. MUST reserve a room on top floor if coming here, you won’t be able to sleep. Originally booked an upstairs room with the management team, upon check in we were told our room changed and was moved to the 1st floor. We were very disappointed and nothing was done to help out.
