Worst experience of my life , 3 days without sleep at all, air conditioner motors are outside the windows and they make a terrible noise, I tried to contact them after 2 night they told me that the problem was fixed but I’m here again without any chance to get to sleep cause the noise , avoid this place, really

It is in the centre of the town a very good spot. Very clean room maybe they have to work a little bit that towels. The girl in the check in it was kind and answered all our questions. It’s a very good room for the town. It’s nearby the bridge, the bars and the restaurant.

We had a reservation paid and they denied to check-us in after makeing us to wait in front of the building for 2 hours. Problems with this location: 1. The adress is not correct, you receive the real adress only after booking 2. They don’t have any parking, as is written in the description 3. Rude and lying lady managing the reservation. After we arrived she said that is our fault that we did not call piror our arrival to accomodate the handling of the key (it was mentioned on the booking our arrival time). We wait about 2 hours for someone with the key, the lady on the phone told us that in a few minutes someone will come, no one came. After my third call she said that she doesn’t want to check in us because some friend of mine, hungarian, said rude things to her colleague from an hungarian number. I nicely explain that I don’t anyone speaking hungarian or has an hungarian number, and also me I don’t know hubgarian at all. For sure was an excuse as she didn’t want to come from a different part of the city. She accepted to refund our money only after saying that I will contact the police, as I can prove that she is lying and I paid for the booking. So, long story short I had to search for accomodation at night in Budapest. DON’T CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A PLACE UPPON ARRIVAL!!!
