"Overall, it was very comfortable to live in. The house is very large and has two floors. It has a TV and a KTV. However, I don’t know how to use the KTV. I spent a long time researching it when I first started using it. I brought two small dogs here this time. They are pet-friendly. I prepared the items for the dogs. I have to pay a deposit of RM200 before check-in. It will be refunded after confirmation after check-out. The communication with the landlord was smooth. The location is very close to Chinatown. It is also very close to the Red House and can be reached on foot. The overall experience is very good! Will come back again! The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. Even though the homeowner lit mosquito coils, there were still mosquitoes and I got a few bites. I hope the homeowner will pay more attention to mosquito control in the future! Next, the room is close to the road. People who sleep on the side of the window can easily hear the sounds outside. People who sleep lightly are advised to stay away from the window! The bed is very comfortable, with moderate firmness and softness for me. Overall, it’s good. The price was about RM300 when I booked it, so the CP value is good! This time we are staying with 4 people, and the maximum number can be 6 people. The more people there are, the higher the CP value is! If the price hasn’t increased, I highly recommend it!"

"Spacious, clean & comfortable homestay for 10 persons and above. Location is convenient for a short walk to Melaka Raya area if you're the walking type. 5 mins walk to Newton Food Court. Otherwise, it's accessible to town area by car easily, depending on traffic conditions. It's right beside a Shell station, easy to find. Rooms were good, clean and place was well kept. If there's a miss, it's that it may be tough to park as it's right by the main road, so timing and direction from where you approach the house is crucial. There's a narrow alley by the side that can accommodate 3 cars, but make sure you leave enough space for bikes to pass as there are people living behind the property. All in all, nice place for big family gathering in Melaka."

"I was there with 13 of my friends. To our surprise, the whole unit is very clean, much higher than our expectation. The beds are clean, the toilets are clean, the karaoke system is very good (according to one of my friends who sings a lot), the TV comes with different channels catering to young and old, the kitchen is in tip top with all the cutlery. Can park 3 cars inside the porch and 1 car outside, suits groups with a few cars. Service from the Management Team is responsive, even when I messaged them in the middle of the night on the day when we were supposed to check in. Location is around 20 minutes drive to Jonker Street or surrounding ”famous” eateries. 5 minutes walk to a nearby Chinese coffee shop selling Chinese food and a Muslim eatery selling Muslim food. Convenient for those who just want to have a simple coffee and food for breakfast. Will definitely book this place again if I were to go to Malacca again with a big group of friends or family. Highly recommended."

"Generally it was ok. The bad thing was we were kept waiting to receive keys despite communication being done and reconfirmed. We couldn't reach the contact person and luckily my husband found another contact number from Google."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Everything in the house was nice and well maintained. The only downside was the low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. Parking was a little tricky because it’s on a main road. The decor was lovely, and towels plus extra blankets were thoughtfully provided."
