The hotel is excellent, with a beautiful town and sea view. SPA was fabulous, too. Why do I see "free parking" on your site but must pay 20 BGN for one-day parking in the hotel? I don't understand. But in any case, it was a great hotel, and I thank you for my reservation and a good trip.

Room was clean and got satisfied. The breakfast is over avarege. You can find any space in the otopark with 20 BL daily.

Please see my earlier review. I extended my stay twice but shall repeat again that the middle aged lady with the spectacles at the reception is the rudest person I have ever met. If you ever have the misfortune of meeting her, you will know who I’m referring to immediately.

The hotel was really clean Perfect breakfast Perfect location in the centre of the city.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Avoid the ****** and the Piano bar at all costs.

I think one of the best hotels I have stayed in... everything was impeccable... the cleanliness, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff... truly a 4 star superior category in the heart of Burgas... I can't wait to come back

A clean hotel in a central location that offers a very good breakfast.

It is in a central location, the facilities are good, the breakfast is varied and satisfying, parking is paid for 20 BGN per day, I think this is the only negative side.

The food was ok, the service staff in the breakfast room was unfriendly and annoyed.

The location could not be more central. Rooms are 5* quality. Live music in the piano bar is very entertaining. ****** switched to full digital machines so we didn't play. The breakfast was amazing, they even have grilled olives.

easy few minutes walk down pedestrianised area from bus and train stations- quick efficient friendly check in despite my only booking 30mins before arrival- great room with tea & coffee, terrific restaurant (smoking or non smoking room sir surprised me) terrific meal - thoroughly recommended

Overall it was fine with a few things to be desired. The room cleaners only changed towels the first night. The second cleaning they left us with no toilet paper. It doesn’t seem that they did any cleaning at all. The problem with the toilet paper was remediated promptly after notifying the front desk. There’s a spa on the premises with only 1 person (male) doing massages. My daughter and I opted not to use that. The breakfast was OK…..nothing to write home about.

Top class hotel with appears to have been recently updated. Close to everything in Burgas including railway station
