Everyone was super nice and it was very clean and they really tried their best to accommodate wishes. It is supposed to be in airport hotel so the location is not really close to anything it's at least 15 miles away from most of the attractions. It's in a very quiet area and you can go outside and walk near the large bodies of water. They also have a luggage room which you can use free of charge and is very secure. They do have water but they just have bottled water in the fridge at the front desk so you should kind of purchase your own water and advance otherwise if you get thirsty during the middle denied or something then you don't have. They did have a microwave which was nice and a bathtub which was very clean. I Their breakfast was very sp**** and also not good if you have sensitivities or allergies because it was basically just cereal milk coffee juice a pancake/waffle maker and 1 or 2 different types of eggs and maybe a sausage. They also have bread that you can toast but realistically if you're a gluten free or you can't eat sugars or if you're diabetic then you should plan not to have the breakfast. Also some of the breakfast was actually very cold but they really try their best and they're very very nice and kind the staff I mean.

I was told by the front desk that i could check in as early as 1:30 pm. Got to the front office and was told they were short on housekeeping staff so check in was til 3pm . Then when I checked in there card key machine wasn't working. There fore anytime that I wanted to go in or out of my room I had to have someone from staff open my door and had to wait everytime about 15 -30 minutes for staff to arrive. I was also rudely interupted while in my room. It was in evasion of privacy. The person that was opening the doors opened my door by mistake to allow a new arriving customer, while me and my guest already had been in our room for quite some time. Luckily I had the door latch on the door. This was really embarrassing and not professional on the hotel's staff. I had to remind the intruders of how rude it was since my room was already occupied. This was the very first time that this has happened to me while staying at a hotel . I strongly suggest some type of recompensation for violating my right to privacy in my room while staying at this establishment .

The room was really nice and everything was clean. The hotel is in a good location. The lady at the front desk was really nice and even allowed me to check in early. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars on service is because I emailed in advance to get instructions on how to catch the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I never received a reply. Outside of that, everything was really good. I would stay here again.

This was an awesome experience. We were staying here as a Day Use hotel and I was a little nervous about if we would be treated as a nuisance since we were only staying a few hours. EVERYONE here was so kind and helpful and courteous! We had very clean and comfortable room for our six hour stay. We were able to nap, shower, and watch TV while waiting for our midnight flight. The restaurant food was high quality and the server was terrific, sorry I don't remember his name. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! If we are in San Francisco again, we will definitely stay here.

I went to the front desk 4 times and paid more money to get a sea view room. You can see planes taking off and landing, but it's a bit noisy during the day. The surrounding environment is not bad. It is a 10-minute walk from a famous Chinese restaurant. There is also a very good lobster restaurant nearby. The services and facilities are average, and the lower-level waiters don't understand English.

The hotel is close to the airport, with convenient transportation and good services. And there is a free airport shuttle bus to pick you up. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. It is highly recommended.

The hotel has a good environment. It is very close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus every 45 minutes. All three terminals can be reached in about ten minutes. In addition, Ctrip's hotel steward is really serious and responsible, and all questions that you want to know about the hotel are consulted by the hotel steward. I didn't wait for the shuttle bus after I came out of the arrival floor. After asking the hotel, the hotel steward told me the time of the next bus, and I checked into the hotel smoothly. The next day, I have to transfer to a domestic flight. After informing the butler of the departure time, the butler also consulted the appropriate shuttle bus time. This is the first time I came to the United States, and Ctrip was really reassuring, and I was amazed >3＜

Just disgusting. I stayed in room 105 and around 11:30pm discovered and then captured a bed bug. It was too late: I had more than 40 bites. - 7 on my inner left fingers from thumb to pointer finger - 9 on my pinky finger - 2 on my wrist - 11 on my forearm - 2 on my forehead - 3 down my left side - A cluster of 7-10 on my lower right stomach - 3 on my back - 3 on my upper arm - 2 on my foot I submitted the bed bug to management, Seema, the manager who arrived the next day said, “ We’re not qualified to assess this and will need to have someone come in, people stay at Motel 6 and bring these with them, and I will be in touch.” A week later, I opened a case with Hilton, heard from 3 different guest relations representatives via email with NO resolution or compensation, of course I moved to another room and then to another hotel. I also submitted photos of my bites over 2-3 days. They’re still healing, I’ve lost sleep and had to take Ativan, these bites and their oozing and crusting over have caused me tremendous stress. I wasn’t even offered a first aid kit! Do NOT stay at this Hilton property.
