The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, as it is close to all the public transport, which is easily accessible from there. The hotel provided towels and bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, however the basic items like toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, shower cap, etc. you had to buy yourself. The breakfast was was sub standard, didn’t cater for foreigners. They could have added more than just the one fruit, yogurt, some pastries instead of just sweet bread.

Pros : Big room and spacious toilets.convenient location. Close to trains and buses. Cons: one small pathetic mirror in the room.and to our surprise found another mirror under the window covered by curtains!!!?? 😮😮😮..not one full length 🪞 mirror No electrical switch to turn off lights besides the bed!. have to get up to walk to near the door go turn on and off lights??!!..so inconvenient

Verry good! Location is near Choryang Station (exit 12 with stairs and elevator between exit 8 and 10) and bus stops. The room is big enough for 3 people, clean and tidy, the staff speaks English verry well and supportive. However they forgot to provide us 3 bottles of water on the first day staying, so we thought that the hotel does not provide free water and ended up buying a lots of water. Then the next day when they cleaned our room, 3 bottles of water were placed on the table. Early check in is not allowed (check in time is 4 p.m.) But overall it was really nice staying in this hotel.

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

The property is conveniently located near Seomyeon station, close to restaurants and 2 convenience stores - 7eleven and EasyMart. The property is more like an apartment - with a mini kitchen (with all the utensils and items you might need), washing machine, big fridge and freezer. Photos are accurate from the property details page/ad. The property does email you the code on the day of check in and its super easy. Instructions are provided in the room as well for the rest of the stay and check out is super easy. Definitely recommend this place.

The location is super good, the transportation is really convenient, Kokyu, Bupyeong, BIFF, Lotte are all very close, shopping is good and full, the view from the room is great, looking directly at Busan Tower, super beautiful, self-service check-in, although a little panic at first, but it is quite convenient after using it. Before check-in, the landlord will send a check-in text message around noon to inform the room number and floor of the accommodation. If you want to check in early or store your luggage, communicate with the landlord first to see if you can check in early, and then enter the room number and password to check in. The room is managed in an apartment style, basically you have to do everything yourself, there is no housekeeping, if there is too much garbage, Clean it first, hang it on the door handle, take a photo and inform the landlord, and the housekeeping will clean it. Shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner are provided in the room, as well as towels. Other supplies need to be prepared by yourself. A refrigerator, induction cooker, and washing machine are provided. It would be more convenient if a dryer could be added. An induction cooker is provided, but I didn't see a pot, so I didn't try it. There is no microwave oven. You may need to go to a convenience store to heat it up before taking it back. I don't know if the owner knows that the wall-mounted racks are not screwed on, and the racks will fall off when the towels are picked up. The next user should pay attention to this.

I LOVED this hotel. It was so luxurious compared to the price. I wish all hotels were like this. The location is great: a lot of public transport, lots of night life, a market, restaurants and (underground) shopping within walking distance. It took about 25-30 minutes from Busan Station to the hotel. Japanese style toilet, shower (hand held & rain shower) had good water pressure and temperature. Bedside table with sockets right above it. Two chairs, a wardrobe (4 hangers), 2 shoe polish mitts, 2 small and 2 big towels. Convenience store right next to the reception. Washing room is 2000won for 2 hours, no matter what cycle (washing or drying), detergent is 500won. Gym is accessible with your room card. I didn't like that the airco blew right on the bed, but you could easily set the temperature a bit higher if it bothered you.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel. Location is near Haeundae beach, about 8 minutes walk to Haeundae Subway station, and 5 minutes walk to street market where a lot of tourist go. Room is clean and they change the towels and replenish water bottle every day. Room clean is every 4th day if you stay is long. Only bad side is the air condition unit is a bit noisy. There is also a building being constructed next door. No noise was bothersome from our room. Breakfast was the same every day except they probably change one main dish per day. Hotel has plenty of digital lockers which are free for those who comes in early prior to check-in and also after your trip / checkout. Hotel is strict on time. Checkout is early at 10am and checkin is late at 4pm.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was just across the Busan Station 1 and walking distance to most establishments. Though the room including the toilet&bath is small, it is complete with amenities (like Japanese style). Hot and cold showers, bathtub, hair blower, water heater for coffee and tea, slippers, small vault for valuables. They provided toiletries and pajamas (just collect at the lobby area). Note: toothbrush and toothpaste not included. No cabinet but can place your luggage under the bed. Free breakfast. No microwave inside the room but at the lobby area where you can have water, coffee and tea from the vending machine. They have a laundry area too so you cannot bring much clothes. The only downside for me is that, check-in time is at 4pm and check-out at 10am, so better adjust and manage your timing. You can leave your luggage at the reception area if you arrive so early. So far, I had a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing sleep during my stay. Cleanliness was never questionable. I look forward to staying here again.

Pretty clean. Staff at the reception are nice. It will be better if early check-in is without charge. The location is quite good as it is near to the Biff Plaza and the seafood market.
