Hotels in Soemyeon / Busanjin-Gu, Busan

Dear Lotte Hotel Busan Team, I recently stayed at your property and would like to thank your staff for their hospitality. I truly appreciated the comfort of the room, the excellent location, and the warm and courteous service throughout my visit. However, I would like to share one piece of feedback that left a less-than-positive impression. As a guest staying at a premium hotel like Lotte, I had expected that access to facilities such as the pool, sauna and gym would be included as part of the room package. It was surprising to discover that these amenities require an additional fee per entry, which was not clearly stated during the booking process. Lotte Hotel is positioned as a high-end destination, and in that context, this policy felt out of place. It gave the impression that the hotel—despite its elegance—is being unnecessarily restrictive with services that most guests would reasonably expect to be included. I hope you might consider reviewing this policy in the future. A more inclusive approach would better reflect the refined image that Lotte is known for. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room and was arranged to stay on 9/F. In my view, the room is clean and spacious. Not much noise unless people talking in the corridor. Toilet and shower are separated by doors, which is nice. TV is connected with internet so we don't have to connect our device to watch YouTube and the other channels. Although they forgot to replace our bathrobe for one night (which is nothing serious), we have a very pleasant stay. The photo was taken right before checking out. Their cleaning staff are doing a great job tidying up the room every day. :)

Stayed here in early December. It’s an apartment-style space with all the essentials like a washing machine, clothes hangers, liquid detergent, hair dryer, etc. The room heater is adjustable, which was nice. The stay was really comfortable. I received the check-in details on the day of arrival. The public toilets on the first floor require a passcode, which you need to request from the owner. The location is conveniently close to Seomyeon Line 1/2. Great location. The only downside is the luggage area. Since it’s a self-managed room, no one helps with organizing, so it can be tricky to fit all luggage. Some luggage might get stuck in the far corner and be too heavy to move around easily, so it's important to be mindful of ur luggage.

Busan Business Hotel is in a great location near Lotte Department Store, an underground shopping mall, and many restaurants. The room was clean with enough space for luggage. Though toothbrush and toothpaste aren't provided, the polite front desk staff communicated well in English. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Busan.

This place is good to stay with all new furnitures and equipments. In terms of service quality, the girls at the Reception are not up-to-standard and one of her response is a bit rude to us, except the boy who is eager in helping us upon the self check-in device. But the most awful part is the breakfast. It’s totally ridiculous that I never ate such quality of food and atmosphere - out of food without prompt re-fill but guests were seeking for food and waiting for nothing, not enough table for guests (everybody hunted for table by ourselves), no service at all. Although the hotel price was saying breakfast included, I’d rather breakfast is optional with additional cost.

All the functional usefulness of a typical Japanese business type hotel room, in Seoul. Room packed a lot into it's small space but equipment was tired and the decor dated. The mini fridge was so loud I had to unplug it overnight to sleep, rendering it of limited usefulness. Similar issue with air con and extractors, even on their lowest settings. Others guests seemed oblivious to the paper thin soundproofing and merrily talked in corridors and slammed doors all night. Some were so loud in their room, staff had to be called to ask them to be quiet at 1am. Breakfast area was busy and far from a relaxing start to the day but staff did their best to keep things moving and food options rotated daily. Just enough to fill you up for first part of day, as long as you woke early or were happy to queue for a while. Limited but passable vegetarian options. Great location for shops, food and subway access. Water provided daily. Can choose no housekeeping to avoid being disturbed or barred from room between 10am & 3pm.

The hotel location is located at what I think is a ‘red district area’. For girls, it might be a bit dangerous to wander alone around the area after 11pm as all the stores are closed. Behind is a local market, a lot of good restaurants and foods stalls. Hotel is clean and nice but the front desk girl at night is not friendly and giving us a rude face when we wanted to pay at the convenience store.

compared to the hotels in Seoul, Avani staff are much more friendly and smiley. the room is nice and clean and fairly quiet. the design irl looks more modern than in the photos. it's at a very good location as there are bus stop and metro within 5 min walk. highly recommended!!

My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy. My son visited the gym, he mentioned that it was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with brand-new machines. The location was also ideal, surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisines and just a short walking distance to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Busan city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated place to stay!

Absolutely lovely! First time experiencing a self-check in hotel. I got a bit lost but eventually found my way. 5mins from exit12. I was overall very impressed by the efficiency of the system. Great communication via email confirmations (password and room number). At first I was a bit skeptical thinking it's too good to be true. But the place looks phenomenal (to me). The views🥹 the studio set up, all the amenities. Worth every penny.And the ease of the admin(booking) super smooth process thanks to Trip.com which also confirmed my booking via email.
