Great place - the location is not too far from the airport (around 10min by car) It’s located in an alley and the outside doesn’t look like a hotel but the inside is great. While the hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, it would greatly benefit from enhancing the service quality at the reception. A stronger focus on effective communication among the staff would elevate the guest experience. It was our 2nt time to staying here. First one was okay. All the receptionists are needed to be focus on customer centric! By the way, rooftop pool was great!
