Cambridge is an expensive town. That said, the price of the room did not reflect the amenities or the size of the room. Basically, the bathroom was so small as to be useless, and the bedroom very poorly lit and felt cluttered. The hotel is on top of a very cozy pub near Jesus Green, and within a comfortable walk to city centre. The room was clean and relatively quiet (the pub/hotel are located at a big intersection with frequent traffic). It would be ideal if the room price was closer to 100£, rather than 200£…

The location by Jesus Common is excellent for walking to town and to the Wilberforce Road Sports Ground. We found parking about 7 minutes away. We were a little disappointed that our 'deluxe double room (Super King) was the same room ('double room') that we had the year before. It is quite cosy but difficult to open the small window due to secondary glazing and difficult to clean teeth due to shelf above the tiny washbasin.

OK stay The accommodation was OK which says it all. Nothing was particularly bad and nothing was exceptional except its location to the river and centre. Parking a nightmare and the bathroom sink is ridiculously small, real trouble turning the shower on

Lovely cosy hotel Lovely hotel but the emergency exit light in our room (4) was so bright it was difficult to sleep. Couldn’t fault it otherwise but obviously this is an issue restwise Really pleasant staff and nice location just out of town

Musical visit. All was good, possibly the best “full English” ever. The bar did close at 22:30which was a bit early for us.
