Location: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods. Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay. Cleanliness: No complaint on it. Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example. Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

Great location! Near many eating places, with pubs nearby. It’s next to a shopping mall too. The cubicle is clean with functioning power points. The air con is just right , with a small fan inside the cubicle. Toilet is generally clean. If you need to do washing , you can pay to use the washing machine for a fee. Hotel staffs are friendly. Went on a morning hike with the hotel volunteers as the guides , they are friendly and helpful. I was trailing the group because of my poor fitness, one volunteer actually waited for me , thanks. Overall experience is positive , thanks.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean.
