Good place to stay

Very nice hotel that the staff is very kind,

Great hotel in a great location. Same street as AT&T Stadium and the home of the Texas Rangers

A normal chain hotel with good facilities and good hygiene.

Beds were comfortable, bar is closed on Sunday so we were sad about that. Would stay here again.

It is an excellent location close to the stadiums and Six Flags, which is what we were looking for. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean (except the microwave) and the beds were comfy. For the price, it was an excellent find.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet, clean, and I like the fact that it's a small place. Just what my family needed for the weekend.

Everyone was nice and the place was nice. Except they do not serve dinner but the bar is open.

My only complaint is that the rooms echo, which makes the noise from the hall seem louder than normal. The bed also creaked every time I made a move or got on and off. The shower head looked brand new and was the perfect water pressure! Fridge and tv were both very nice and working great. Will definitely stay again!

Good size room for the price. The proximity to Six Flags was great. Area felt safe compared to some of the other areas in Arlington.

The window glass looked very dirty to look out of, and no good towel rack in bathroom. Despite being smoking free, there had been someone smoking in the room, verified by check-in staff.

We have stayed here several times. Always a great place to stay. Never been disappointed. Nice and quiet area! We will definitely return!

Horrible experience with the hotel and *******. Arrived at hotel and their system was down. My husband and I waited in the lobby for almost an hour with other guests. A couple people started to leave. We decided to leave our name and number and ask for a call when system was up. We waited in the car then decided to go home after we chatted with ******* about the situation. They called front desk and confirmed info. They informed that it was up to the hotel whether they would refund or not since it was a non-refundable room. We thought it would be a no-brainer that we would get our money back because it was no fault of our own that their system was down. We couldn’t sleep in the lobby. Received emails the next day stating ******* couldn’t issue a refund letting me know the hotel didn’t approve. So sad we have to pay for a room we never got to sleep in. Who can afford that these days?? My advice is if you get a non-refundable room call ahead to make sure their system is up and running. No call from hotel or management. They will not take care of you. Lucky this hotel was on special. I’ll never try to stay here again and tell my circle of associates the same. Terrible hospitality!!
