Krystal was nice because of the beach access that we had, but that’s it. The food is terrible tastes FAKE and like plastic. No one will smile at you like other hotels/resorts that I’ve stayed at before. They seem to hate their job although they have the most beautiful view everyday. I think I’d enjoy my workplace if I had that view everyday but that’s just me. The room was really dusty upon arrival, even after it was cleaned and prepared for our arrival. LOL smh. The ac did not work in the room. Just stay away in my opinion. Or if you do go because of the great beach access then just stay away from all inclusive I promise it is NOT worth it.

Traveled during spring break and so disappointed. Rooms were outdated and not cleaned well! At any given time they never had enough chairs for guests and were always out of clean beach towels! When you approach any of the staff they didny speak in English. We tried making reservations for dinner but only got to eat at two restaurants everything else was booked so ended up eating at the buffet. Buffet food was terrible…very little selection and no Mexican food! We had booked two rooms and in one bathroom shower head broke and toilet overflooded…second bathroom toilet didn’t work. All in all stay away…it was a complete waste of money!

Property has a great location. Food and rooms were average. Women’s public bathroom on site had issues around cleanliness and smell. Water was down for one night and power was out in our building as well. Minimal towels provided. Toilet barely flushed. Staff were pleasant though.

the food and drinks were terrible, the staff and location excellent - avoid eating and drinking here, the toilet was leaking and the air conditioner not satisfactory. service was great

The location of the hotel Krystal Cancun is very good with access to the open ocean.
Room view to the ocean was good. The service staff was pleasant and provided good service.
There were still some negatives:
The room we stayed in had a standing stall shower , all the water would flow out of the stall and then stand for some time, made this very unpleasant. I had the room service staff clean at least couple times.
The room condition was not worth the price...seemed little dated.
The all-inclusive food was not that good, the buffet lacked majorly.
The 3 inclusive hotels were good but could have been better.

Well this morning, we had no water in the whole hotel and the air conditioning barely worked in the room. I also received a paper saying the hotel wants to accommodate you as best as they can and late check out may be available. That was not the case when asked the front desk. They told me absolutely not, even though I had a 6pm flight. Just not a great experience

Best beachfront in Hotel Zone. We had some issues with our original room but our Concierge Rafael quickly resolved our issue and rewarded us for our inconvenience.
