Everyone really work hard to keep up the place clean and nice.
I really loved all the entertainment and service they provided.
I was there with only 17months old baby, they had food for kids, daycare, kids pools and so much more! Great place for family.
Will definitely come back next time.

I spent 3 night. The first night the fridge was not working and I went to the reception but was told it’s will be fixed in the morning. Someone came in the morning and checked and said its working.I came back from the pool and the fridge was not working. I went to the reception twice . They told me again that someone will come and check. The next day which was my last day. I went to the reception and requested to speak with a manager. The supervisor on duty was Alan. He apologized and offer me a new room for the night and allowed me for a late check out the next day.

Convenient to go anywhere, good location.
The hotel felt quite old.
The jet bath in the bath is broken and cannot be used...
On the day we arrived, the hotel had a power outage for several hours, making it inconvenient to have no electricity or air conditioning.
There were many guests with children.

The all-inclusive hotel includes all the consumption in the hotel. I personally think it is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also water entertainment activities and performances in the evening. It is very convenient and safe to take a bus at the door of the hotel. It only costs 12 pesos per person.

This resort needs major updates. Very old and doesn’t look like it’s a tropical place you would want to visit. The beach area was ghetto, they need to invest in new beach chairs, umbrellas, and gazebo’s. Front desk workers were not welcoming. The only workers that were welcoming was the kids crown palace side (splash pad). Food wasn’t good, even at the restaurants. Was too loud after 11pm, they had something going on in the lobby daily at night that was disturbing every night . Especially for people with babies and toddlers, this noise was annoying. There was nothing to do during the day but swim and eat . No actual fun activities. I wish I had chosen a different resort, because we honestly did not enjoy our stay. Will not recommend this resort to friends .

Good things:
1. Cleanliness of property both rooms and pools
2. Vibe was good for all ages
Bad things:
1. Food is the most important thing and was terrible for an all inclusive prices. First time I literally hated the Mexican food.
2. Don’t be fooled by club coz there hardly is anything going there. There were no people, no party, no dancers, no events nothing.
3. For entry to special restaurants, always hard to get reservations and no entry allowed on time even if space is empty. Plus first day checkin is after 2 and booking time is before 10, so one day anyways missed. Only if you book early morning, you might get place in steakhouse or else forget!
4. Location wise it is almost outside hotel zone that you certainly need transportation to go anywhere. And there is nothing to even go for munching, leave dine in the vicinity.

Property is in need of some upgrades. Very family oriented. Not much night life on the resort.
Our bag was turned into the front desk, and when we went to pick it up it had gotten “lost”. Likely due to there being electronics inside. Very hard to communicate with front desk staff about this stolen item.
