We loved this hotel, really close to downtown Cancun & can get a free shuttle to the beach zone if you want a day or two there. The staff were so friendly, really felt like they had your back. Once you've got your bearings it's so easy to walk to key places of interest. Was clean, breakfast was great with different options every day & our room was a good size and really comfortable 👌

房間寬敞，中心泳池不錯，早餐很贊。但前台戴大框眼鏡的女接待心眼壞，態度很差。我本來訂了兩間房，但她説衹訂了一間，而且給了我一樓的房間，房間很潮，有一股潮濕的廁所味道，馬桶是壞的需要修。讓她換樓上的房間，她説沒有，衹能等修理。結果後來客房服務人員主動跟我們説幫着換二樓的房間。等我找到我的訂單顯示訂的兩間房後再去前台，找到前台另一個男接待，男接待很主動説幫我們換到4樓兩間挨着的房。她面無表情對她男同事用西班牙語説我們很麻煩，換幾次了。結果我孩子懂西班牙語，當場就翻譯告訴了我….

Bardzo fajny hotel położony praktycznie w spokojnym centrum Cancun. Blisko do dworca autobusowego skąd można sobie pojechać np. do Playa del Carmen, cenot, itp. Komunikacją miejską za ok. 3 zł można podjechać do każdej plaży wzdłuż linii biegowej tzw. strefy hotelowej. Hotel raz dziennie organizował bezpłatne dowozy do centrum plażowego. Śniadania bardzo smaczne jednak mogłyby być bardziej różnorodne. Basen i brodzik dla dzieci bez uwag. Czekam za kolejnym powrotem do Cancun i tego hotelu.

Nous y avons passé une nuit arrivés tard avant d aller a playa dé carmen. Est a 30 min de l’aéroport.
Personnel très serviable, parking sur place.
Bel hotel avec piscine. Petit déjeuner tres correct,
Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Bon rapport qualité prix.

2泊滞在しました。バスターミナルとローカルバス乗り場に近いので、空港からADOのバスで来て、リゾートホテルエリアにR1のバスで気軽に行けて、とても便利なホテルでした。朝食も美味しかったです。
