The location had no elevator, which is a crucial piece of information when traveling with people who have limited mobility. After discovering that we had limited mobility people in our party they made sure to put us on the third floor, so we had to climb as many stairs as possible.
There is no handicap parking available at the property unless you reserve the one accessible suite. The parking, as always with this awful company, is a huge problem. They do not care and will not help you figure out any solutions.
They have like 10 properties around town. If you get them mixed up while booking and do not realize that the location you actually booked is all third floor walk up, they will flat out tell you that it is your problem. I have stayed at three of their locations and never will again.
The hot tub was closed early the night the northern lights were forecast.
Overall, the rudeness of the customer service people is genuinely unbelievable.
