Pretty Hotel but overpriced for what you get. Low water pressure, bed was uncomfortable (too hard), elevator broken, and they don’t have have a designated “Hotel Guests Only Parking”. But they do have valet parking, which again is available to anyone.
The Christkindlmarkt is literally right outside their door which was fantastic.
It reminds me of vaguely of parts at the Greenbrier, which is world class - without getting close unfortunately.

Perfect place to stay for our visit! Everyone was very accommodating. Restaurants were nearby, within walking distance, as well as the Studio Theater.

To whom it may concern,
My visit to this property was amazing, and every time I come to this property I am treated with the utmost respect, and the staff is great and very pleasant. I came there in August of this year and just spent four additional days there as of November, and we had a great time. I am planning on coming to this property again around Christmas, and for anyone that's reading this rest assure you this is the property you want to be at.

Parking could've been really inconvenient but the valets kept my car accessible bc I had an early morning departure. Prompt ice and toothbrush delivery. The decor is stunning. Clean. Bed was comfortable, loved that the sleeping pillows were different lofts, seems like a small detail, but I appreciated that. Worth the money.

The food here is very good too. I love seeing a show at the Palladium after a great dinner. Had a glitch with the TV but they sent a tech to fix in about 10 minutes it was fixed.

I have been coming to Indianapolis Indiana for quite some time, and this hotel is outstanding. The amenities were nice, the people were nice, and the atmosphere was great. If you go to Indianapolis Indiana, I will highly recommend this hotel. I will not recommend downtown Indianapolis because there are so many homeless individuals unfortunately everywhere, even though they don't bother you there is a safety factor.

It was great. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff, was equally as friendly. We didn't eat here, only because there were so many good restaurants around the area. Will recommend The Carmichael and stay here again later in the year.
