The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. ***********. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

The service was slow when it came to getting items. Also they dont do laundry daily. It was a basic hotel.

No hot water in the shower I was surprised when I paid almost $400. Then after a certain time you can’t go in through the parking entrance you have to walk all the way around. Went to the pool and I had to interrupt the bartender cause he was busy talking to another guest didn’t even greet me nor acknowledged me until I interrupted. Never would I stay here again

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was what I expected, good coffee. I liked having a court yard room. However the room was very dusty, the headboard, lamps.
