Choose another venue, this one is not worth the price. Customer service is non existent. The other couple with us felt very cold in their room so we asked for another blanket as there were no spares in the unit even though their guest Information says there is. We never got the blanket. There was no window covering on one of the windows in our bedroom and as it faced west, the room got very hot in the afternoon not to mention the sun streaming in first thing in the morning. The plug in the sink in our bathroom did not work which made it difficult for my husband to have a shave on the day of our daughters wedding. Maintenance agreed that it was faulty but couldn’t fix it until Monday, this was on the Friday. We never saw him again and we were there until the following Wednesday. The unit is for 4 plus people but only has seating for 3 in the lounge room. We requested another chair, also did not materialised. They missed servicing the unit one day and we had to find a place to dispose of our rubbish as the bin was full and our supplies had not been replaced. The only good thing about the quest was the location but I would NOT stay there again.

Staff were very helpful, it was quite clear that there were several new staff doing their best and learning on the job, great to see in the hospitality industry. Ordering was a little confusing but we got there in the end. Unfortunately a mishap with the wrong beer being poured, the staff quickly corrected this. Arancini special was awesome. Pork cutlet main excellent. New steak knives maybe needed. Room very well presented. Would really like to see hand sanitiser available as you exit the toilets as all venues should. A pity I have to mark this 4/5, better rated 93/100. Definitely will stay and dine again.😉

We booked a week long stay with our daughter, we missed the first day of room service attending to the room we put our sign out for a clean on Good Friday and received a text message to say all room cleaning would resume the following Tuesday. Good Friday I can understand as it’s a very significant holiday but the Saturday Sunday and Monday I found to be bizarre and the only place I’ve ever had this occur. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location but the lack of servicing over a long weekend when you have a family holiday doesn’t really work.

Goods: Fast check in Room big and very clean (except for one oversight that bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guest) Breakfast- staff were friendly and helpful Bads: Long queues at reception Key card stopped working twice- very time consuming to have to resolve each time Uber won’t come to hotel. Still have to hump bags back to terminal to get an Uber

The Quest team were friendly, helpful, informative. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Very comfortable apartment. Good closet space, shower good and bed very comfortable. I recommend this for long and short stays; Highpoint is within walking distance and the Italian across the road is a great food option.

Great place to stay for the whole family but really hard to contact them on the phone. We stayed for 5 days, no housekeeping or change of towels or linens , or even a refill of coffee and toiletries. Im not sure if you need to request for it inorder for it to be done. Apart from this it was a good stay, my whole family is comfortable.

We have stayed twice recently at the Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds and found it an excellent choice. The welcome by Jane and the reception team was warm, friendly and professional. Rooms were super clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. Jane helped us with our last minute booking for the second visit and with less than 24 hours notice still gave us our requested room. We arrived very early for our second visit and reception called us at a nearby cafe when the room was ready. Moonee Ponds is a very interesting area for a few days' visit.

Hotel facilities are complete, only you can think of, even pots and pans, buy some ingredients in the supermarket to make a dinner in the room, the hotel is super cost-effective, just a little farther.

We arrived in Melbourne from Sydney at 8pm on Monday 10th, with the intention of staying at an apartment we booked. We got to the apartment and it was shocking. We couldn’t stay at this particular apartment as it was not to our satisfaction and was not safe as we had 4 children with us. We looked to find alternate apartments and we came across Nesuto Hotel. The time now was 10pm. We gave them a call and asked if we could have a look at the apartment before making a decision as we wanted to make sure it was safe for our children. The manager Krisha agreed for us to have a look. We were impressed and booked 2 hotel rooms. Krisha and her staff were amazing and very caring. She saw how stressed out we were and wanted us to be happy. The next day Krisha called my room to see if I was ok as she saw how upset and stressed I was. All I could say is that this has been the best hotels we have been to. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean and it was close to public transport. But best of all was that the staff were very caring and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good place the travel is easy with sky-bus and cheep just $24 from Airport to city centre The bus is coming every five minutes I am interested at ARBS 2022 in Melbourne to visit the Air conditioning.Refrigeration Building Services Exhibition
