The hotel and service were very good, because the weather was bad, I couldn't take the outdoor pool that was my goal, I chose the indoor pool, but for my surprise the water was frozen, there were more couples who complained about it. I was drawing attention to the reception, and I was going to see the technician on Sunday to see what was going on, and it was just this negative point I had, usually a swimming pool in a spa has a very good temperature and it was not the case.
