It is close to the sea, and you can enjoy the sea when you have time, and the hotel is also very comfortable. I saw good reviews on the Internet and came here to experience it. The facilities in the hotel are relatively complete. There are bars, restaurants and swimming pools. I have tried them all, and they are not bad.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Cervia, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, especially considering the current phase of the AI revolution, where some industries are thriving. However, the hospitality sector at this establishment appears to be struggling, as evidenced by the unprofessionalism and lack of service exhibited by the staff. CONS: Check-in Experience: The check-in experience was entirely negative. The reception staff, numbering more than five individuals behind the desk, seemed to lack any hospitality background or even a basic attitude suited for the industry. My simple request for an iron and board was denied, with the staff deeming it the strangest request they had ever encountered. Their communication skills were lacking, and their facial expressions, including smiles, were conspicuously absent. Maintaining eye contact proved challenging, as their focus remained fixed on computer screens. Basic mannerisms, such as standing up from chairs while interacting with guests, were also noticeably absent. In-house Experience: Throughout my six-night stay, greeting guests seemed nonexistent in their dictionary. Housekeeping services were subpar, limited to changing towels and making the bed without addressing essential tasks like changing bed sheets, dusting tabletops, or thoroughly cleaning the floor and bathroom. The superficial cleaning left hygiene concerns unaddressed. PROS: Restaurant Experience: The only redeeming aspect of my stay was the restaurant experience. Mrs. Michela, in particular, exhibited a genuine passion for her job. Her professionalism and understanding of guest needs made the morning breakfast and dinner enjoyable. However, the buffet food was only mediocre. Check-out Experience: The check-out experience was positive, thanks to the professionalism of the night receptionist. Overall Impression: It appears that this hotel is managed by individuals lacking a hospitality background. The absence of an apparent management team suggests a lack of oversight and care for guest experiences. The hotel is, unfortunately, old, smelly, and damp, providing inadequate service for the money spent. Recommendation: I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel in Cervia. Despite boasting a 4 star rating on paper, its performance merits a negative - 4 star rating. The facts of the Hotel do not match with the website photos. The facility's age, unpleasant odour, dampness, and subpar service render it an unwise investment with no value for money.

It's four star status is based on its location and facilities. Great swimming pool area, beach access, spa. However, it looks a bit tired, rooms are okay, and breakfast was disappointing. Had better choice and variety in small, 3 star hotels... selection of fresh fruit consisted of apples.....

An unfortunate hotel in a very prime location of the city. The hotel is dated, in fact it is a throwback to the 80's. The decor is lame, and old. The rooms have no decor whatsoever. Let's start with the room: this is an old room, with old furniture. TV is a joke, my laptop screen is larger than their tv. bed is firm, and the bathroom is large with ample towels. The spa is a waste of time. There are "mood" showers, but in fact none of them work, the only "mood" it got me was a bad one. The steam bath is worthy, but their pools lack basic maintenance in that the jets don't work properly. They force you to wear a bathing cap, even though there are no opportunities to dunk your head under the water. You are obliged to book an appointment to use the spa, but it remains fairly empty. This is an "all-inclusive" hotel, but the food quality is bellow average. Italy is known for their food quality, this hotel does not carry this quality. The breakfast is behind a glass window. It is supposed to be a buffet, but you are not allowed to take on your own. The only egg options they give is scrambled and it is runny. The croissants are behind a window - you have to beg for one. The Juice is processed and comes out of a fountain - it is absolutely terrible. The coffee is low quality. The customer service doesn't exist. It seems that the hotel and the staff have been scared by rowdy kids. There are signs warning families to control their kids and to keep them in check. The staff is rude. They don't speak English and if they do, it is to tell you that you need to change seats, or you need to hurry up and leave because they want to change shifts. The maitre-D is horrible. The onsite restaurant is extremely low quality. They have one choice for lunch/dinner, which is pork. You better like it, because that is all you are getting. The food stations carry a tri-lingual sign describing what they are feeding, except it is printed in 12-point font in a small sliver of a paper in three languages. You will need a magnifying glass to figure out which three lines can you understand and what you are eating. The hotel is paranoid on their towels, beach towels and their bathrobes. There are more warnings posted than curtesy's about your stay. Overall, this is a place to avoid. There are several options in the city, with a better price point, and much better restaurants to eat from in the city.

We were here for Halloween weekend. Special thanks to Davide of the Dante animation for ensuring our son was included in the teen group activities. Not an easy age group to manage - but he did his very best. The Maître D was the nicest we have ever met. Despite a full hotel, and lots of agitated guests (due to queues), he even remembered our names. Incredible. Food was great. Staff all very helpful: A kind waiter saw I was struggling with my tray and carried to the table for me. I was lucky to be totally alone in the spa. Very relaxing. The hotel gets three stars rather than five on grounds that the queues in the dining area, particularly, at breakfast, are stressful. That said, all staff were very helpful.

We stay for a couple of days during the Ironman weekend. The staff at reception was efficient and well organized, which couldn't be said for the staff at the restaurant. Due to Covid, all the food had to be given by staff which meant long queues. The staff is not really qualified to handle non-Italian speaking people (most tourists are from foreign countries and don't speak the local language). The food was average. The location of the hotel is its advantage: close to the sea. The pool area is also specious and nice. The rooms and bathrooms need some update.

Potentially a great hotel. Positive: Despite the dining hall staff being overwhelmed by the number of guests, they were, without exception, all hardworking, polite and helpful. Quality of food: very good. Negative: Queues in the dining area unbearably long causing assembramenti in violation of anti-covid laws. The problem could have been easily resolved by: i) assuming more staff; ii) extending the two turni from 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. However, the management has decided not to do this - reducing the quality of services, but not the price of the holiday. The insufficient number of caraffes meant that staff were constantly going totally mad collecting, washing and redistributing them to angry guests. Please buy more caraffes. It is reasonable to presume that management of this hotel view the client comments on tripadvisor but have decided to ignore them.

We spent one week with the family and we're happy about the formula and setup all inclusive. The hotel itself, and how it's organised, were sure bellow or expectation though. The rooms are small, dark, old. The bathroom is among the smallest we've seen and what a door opening inward that makes using it, especially for a family, a big challenge. The for had midday probably not been wafted in our whole stay (and neither just before). We had a room with view on the court and could help but hearing each evening show add if it was in the room with us until well after 23h. The food at lunch and dinner was generally quite good but the queuing system was inefficient, confusing and not really COVID safe if that was the purpose, same as for the layout of the tables considering there are 2 shifts. Breakfast was worse, both in terms of organization and quality of the offer (especially drinks). The facilities have potential but they all need to be refreshed. I expected better, especially from a 4 star.

Beautiful structure, modern and spacious rooms, good breakfast and professional staff. Convenient location for both the sea and for a ride in the center.
