Red Fox Hotel-Chandigarh

Review based on the stay from 19-22nd APRIL 2024( This is my personal experience and my family s experience) Location: The Hotel is at a prime location and easily accessible .Location and locality is always a priority. Hospitality : Excellent hospitality by the team there .Every Department starting from the reception , House keeping, Restaurant and Security is great. Rooms : Maintained all standards and was very much comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 1 kid. Food: Buffet is nice and affordable and gave justice to the cost they charged. Bed sheets, blankets ,pillow cover change done on all three days. Toilet cleaning done on all the three days of my stay .(the best part is house keeping staff requested us if we could clean the room and they valued us) The most important is the staffs pleasing personality. Special thanks to the Front office ***ager Mr Hi***shu Dogra and his team for making us comfortable. I would personally recommend it to families and for official purposes.

Smelly and ill maintained rooms, soiled linen and towels, cramped rooms and less than average food quality. Not worth the location or money. Booked the hotel looking at 5 star rating and award by Tripadvisor. Highly disappointed. Raises ? On Tripadvisor ratings.

One of the great hotel with near and clean hygienic place. With good breakfast. Definitely suggest this place if someone is looking around the budget of 3.5-4k. it connects quite fast anywhere in Chandigarh or Mohali. Staffs are very good and helpful.

Stay was excellent and best experience ...Good was also excellent and will prefer this hotel for all my future stays also...Hospitality and service by staff members are also appreciable and remarkable...will refer to all my known friends

The best thing I felt about this place was the service during breakfast and dinner. Ms. Jyoti Guleria, Mr. Vishal, Mr. Vinnay, Mr Santosh and Mr. Nitish were at their best. The room was good for a business trip. I will surely recommend. Thank you

***go Grove Hotel Google review summary 4.2 858 reviews 5 ★ 4 ★ 3 ★ 2 ★ 1 ★ Re Scam for charging ₹1000 extra for additional adult. Inspite of booking superior room with 2 adults. Stating that only 1 adults was mentioned in the booking. However , I have shown them in different websites,that it is the same price for single adults or double occupancy for same superior room . Unprofessional behaviour from the staff and ***ager and unable to proof why they are charging ₹1000 extra . They are justify or show any proof regarding the same. It's just taking undue advantage of the customer. Please don't book this hotel. As hotel staff and ***ager will backout.. There are ***y great hotels for the extravagant price they are charging. ***go Grove hotel is not a good property to stay at. Rooms are very small and windows doesn't open. There is a constant unpleasant smell on the corridors. The rooms are extremely small(including washrooms) with no ventilation. We stayed in a SUPERIOR ROOM & I was shocked to see the size of it. Wondering what will be there in a normal room! We had just one trolley and still we couldn't move around the room. We couldn't literally hear the snoring & talks from the next room. Secondly, it was so cold and there is no Central heating in the rooms. Worst experience, It was really a bad experience, I must say don't book it. Don't waste your valuable money in this hotel.Unprofessional staff.

Experience was so good . Food quality -Excellent Staff - Helpful with supporting But room size is short when statying 2 person.I suggested to my company employee this hotel for staying regarding. Thanks to hotel ***go sales department for supporting in booking time

Everything was ***aged in a very professional way. It was a great presentation and hope so our next event also got successful. Housekeeping staff was also active and no need to tell things especially Mr. ***N KHANNA JI helped alot in making things faster n easy .
