餐廳衞生：堪憂 早餐糕點上居然還有蒼蠅🪰，真的犯惡心。
服務：👎還沒退房酒店的前台就打電話來催，並且工作人員直接在房間門口敲門，直接把我從睡夢中驚醒！！還能不能讓人好好休息了？！
環境：本來前晚遇上飛機大半夜延誤，無奈衹能訂機場附近的酒店，半夜兩三點根本打不到車，問這個酒店也沒有車來接，衹能乾等，好不容易打到車到酒店入住休息，三點多入住，4點躺下睡覺，9:30起來吃早餐，10:30回房睡回籠覺，想要睡的晚一點，訂的延遲到兩點退房。沒想到酒店前台12點打電話，最後還讓工作人員狂敲門，一直敲到我被吵醒，一看時間12點20幾分。
服務：這種服務真的謝了！不會再來！
設施：馬桶還是堵的！已經不想吐槽了
品牌：冠名希爾頓，品牌直接拉跨！！

酒店電梯維修完全不通知，也不放告示牌，一進電梯完全燈黑掉，瞬間往下掉，然後被關在電梯內，同事求助前台，居然敷衍的告知，安保人員隨意檢修一下，完全不顧慮住客人生安全，前台還當作沒這回事敷衍回覆。

出行十餘天，從五星酒店到景區民宿，沒想到在湖南常德住到了服務最最差的酒店，壓根兒就沒有服務~也許是放假不能休息心情不好的的原因，前台徐姓姑娘沒有向客人問好，回答問題語速飛快，辦理入住整個過程沒有抬頭更沒有眼神交流，特別沒有禮貌的樣子，問怎麼停車的時候也是低着頭説兩邊都能下，我是欠前台💰了麼😂再説早餐，沒有引位也就算了，我問咖啡在哪兒的時候，服務員特別不耐煩地指了前面，説就在那兒啊。難道這個時候不應該説“咖啡機在前邊，需要我去給您拿一杯麼”，更別説明檔裏飛蒼蠅這事兒了~房間煙味濃重，不過這個可以理解，畢竟我沒提前説要無煙客房~

很垃圾的酒店，垃圾得無法形容。38度的大熱天竟然不開空調，中央空調衹吹風。我和東北客人一行三人共開了三個房間，都沒有冷氣。向工作人員反應，態度也很差。次日在一樓吃早餐，熱得汗流夾背，衣服濕透。電費都捨不得出，還不如直接關門。這樣對待客人應該很快就會關門了。

停車很方便，地面停車場很寬敞，地下停車場安全，乾淨
房間很大，佈置得非常合理，所有的物品用起來順手
對於我們這種睡眠不好的人，希爾頓花園的隔音做得真的很好，雖然靠近公路，完全聽不到路上的聲音，好好地睡一覺
早餐花樣很多，搭配非常合理，不同的品味能滿足不同人羣的需求，健身器材、自助洗衣設備都很高大上，使用起來合理

希爾頓估計是這個地方最好的酒店。新是新！但是第一天晚上入住，床單上居然有短髮兩根。然後下飛機到達酒店十點。也累，次日需要考試。十一點我也就拍拍床 躺下休息。開始大腿發癢長東西…以為天氣乾燥…後續手臂、背、下巴脖子全部過敏…長滿東西…一點半打電話給前台要求換所有被單。換了之後洗了個澡，好轉許多。
2.喊服務一小時都沒人上來送東西
3.因為是連續入住兩日，第二日下午休息，有阿姨一直在滴卡開門。我也交代了説無需打掃。但前台為交代吧。入住真的差！
