The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I would recommend it.

家人們，我發現了一個寶藏酒店，從月湖公園地鐵口6號口出來直走，約步行500米萊看到維也納酒店後從左邊繞進去就到了（位置稍微找了一下下，所以是寶藏酒店），之後我進了酒店，可能感覺我比較冷，前台小汪姐姐馬上給我到了熱水讓我暖暖身子，簡直太有愛了吧，後面辦理了入住，房間也是為我們免費升級的高樓，視野非常好，傍晚的時候坐在窗台看着車水馬龍，簡直是一種享受，非常棒！！！順便一提，因為酒店都是全智能的，所以沒有空調遙控，喊智能小度打開空調就好了！

環境真的很差，廁所反味，洗澡的水特別少，最重要的是連紙巾礦泉水都沒有，衹有廁所才有紙巾，太摳門了，其他的便宜酒店至少還有紙巾，建議去住別的真的

我是來長沙旅遊的，看了好久，最終選的這家酒店，真的很出乎意料，前台小姐姐也很熱情，還給我們推薦玩的地方，房間裏面風格很簡約，衞生也非常乾淨，下午的時候我的水瓶打破了，阿姨還很熱心的幫我清掃，真的很感動🥺，體驗感真的很不錯👍

房間是設施投影空調喊小度小度，就好了，對我這種時不時需要到處找遙控器的來説，很來説很是友好，不錯的體驗，更加值得一提的是，我剛來的時候找不到地方，最後小姐姐怕我找不到，直接在外面接我，很有愛
