Very impressive about hotel theme design, price is decent but you do enjoy a comfortable stay, staff was nice and welcomed, will definitely try again.

先説結論，沒住過這麼差的桔子。
設施：一共就一部客梯。進去第一天， 電梯就壞了，下午3點多壞到晚上 第二天才修好，上下要走很遠的貨梯，從貨梯到前台要繞個大圈子，上下極其不方便。
空調壞的！不能製冷也不能制熱，室外温度23度，室內温度28度，這日子能過？
華住會標配投屏大電視，網絡卡的一批，看個電影720p 看2分鐘卡一卡，搞笑吧？
衞生：不仔細看還行。仔細看也一塌糊塗，地板上有明顯水漬甚至還有一顆上任房客留下的桔子籽，馬桶必須要自己擦！有污漬，就不放圖噁心人了。
環境：地理位置在三環內，但離市中心還是有點路的，附近也沒啥好吃的。早飯還可以，不錯。
服務：服務首先不熱情，説得好聽有距離感 説的難聽就是比較冷漠。
其次，就我那房空調壞了，先讓我開20度三檔分速20分鐘，試了30分鐘無效，説讓工程師來修，等工人等了20多分鐘，一直不來再去打電話催，工程師和我説是外面主機沒開，還要我等15分鐘（第一次問前台前台男性接電話明確説外機開了）。我又等15分鐘 還是無效。再去和前台溝通 和我説讓我大晚上給我退房？讓我9點再出去找酒店？説沒房間可換，一會又説有了，最後才換了房間。在28度的房間折騰了一個小時。這服務如何 各位自己看自己判斷。

這是一個避雷的評價，我先説點好的。
常熟整體都很小，這家酒店不管離火車還是景區，打車最多15min就到了。而且房間也很大，半夜隔音也不錯，聽不到什麼吵雜的聲音。酒店新開的也很新。
缺點：
1.我在攜程預訂，界面顯示房型升級權益，並且（注意這個並且）後續房型升級已被酒店確認。但是當我入住時被前台告知“酒店全滿無法升級，而且提前一天就滿了，你最好訂完打電話給我説一下”。那我就不樂意了，我提前差不多一週訂的，平台也顯示升級已經被酒店方面確認了，你還讓我打電話？？那你確認的是什麼？？而且還問我華住會鉑金會員為什麼不在華住會預訂“反正都一樣不能升級 訂了又怎樣”
2.和攜程反饋，平台説第二天可以空出來了升級，並且（再次注意這個並且）兩個房間人送兩個果盤，但是衹有一個。算了我也不是為了果盤在這裏battle，我也就不説什麼了
3.第二天因為一天都在外面，晚上酒店打電話沒接到，我想應該是為了升房吧，我也懶得去確認了，就還是住原房型住了一晚上。
4.前台入住的時候私自替用户註冊華住會賬號問長者索要驗證碼，關注平台公眾號。這是非常不尊重用户的問題，如果説房型我可以不在意，那這個私人操作就是酒店的問題，非常非常不尊重的行為。
5.酒店節假日早餐一團糟，都跑到前台沙發吃飯了，小孩穿着鞋踩沙發，一點教養也沒有。
鑒於以上幾點，不推薦在這裏長住，以及攜程還是酒店的房型升級，都不是很理想。你出來旅遊玩一天，晚上還要拿行李重新換房間升級不太現實。而且從酒店衹打一個未接電話來看，他也不是很想給你升級。

和小桂圓的虞山徒步之旅…行程不想太趕，也想當地逛逛所以提前一天來了，選了相對可靠的連鎖酒店，果然沒有令人失望…
房間設施: 房間很大，鉑金會員訂的，給升級了房型…屬於小套間的感覺了，內裏有一個茶几沙發的空間…衞生間也很寬敞，電視機也非常的大…可投屏看電影過癮…
性價比:
鉑金會員升了房型還有折扣非常具有性價比了…
衞生:
酒店很新，看着就乾淨…所有的設施設備都很新…
總體來説很滿意…

前台服務好。辦理入住還送了我伴手禮，提前幫我們開了空調，入住還送了果盤，性價比太高了，然後周邊環境也不錯，在主幹道上，房間裏面有橘子軟糖跟橘子餅乾，還可以續哈哈哈，衞生也很乾凈，我第一天住後面還帶了朋友一起住，新開業的各項設備都是新的，最後是早餐，因為是華住的所以早餐品種很豐盛，推薦入住

停車方便，停車場很大，免費停車，然後前台辦理入住也很快，服務很好，還送了果盤，很貼心，房間也比較乾淨整潔，衞生也很好，設施很全，很新，出差都來這裏，洗衣房健身房都有，早餐也很豐盛，中西結合的，牛奶很新鮮，很推薦，地理位置也很好在主幹道上，推薦，經常來住

實話説酒店住過很多，選這家桔子主要原因是比較新，離萬達也算比較近，對於快捷類酒店不會抱有很高的期望值，但不得不説桔子透露出來的細節是讓人體會到用心的，我不是一個愛寫評論的人，但是今天我想為一個打掃房間的阿姨《張利紅》寫一下這兩天入住的感受。首先，從設施設備上來説，它的確比較新,比較智能，包括它的加熱馬桶智能沖水，電動窗簾，洗衣房可洗可烘可熨，機器人送餐送東西，對於天氣不好在酒店待上兩天還是很便捷的；其次説到人員，張利紅這位阿姨我真實的感受到她的辛苦，我從眼睛睜開就看到她勤懇的身影，直到天黑她依然在崗位上默默付出，甚至於蹲在地上十分認真的擦洗，真是讓人切身感受到本該全家團聚的時候還有那麼多人為我們服務，張利紅阿姨笑容可掬，熱情友善，每次都會和我們打招呼示意，最讓我感動的是，在我孩子磕破頭哭鬧的時候，張阿姨買了一盒小餅乾送給孩子，我真的十分不好意思，讓張阿姨破費了，因為來旅遊也沒有什麼東西回贈，我內心非常感激；最後説一下早餐，雖然用餐地方不大，但品類還算齊全，早餐提供還是十分便利的，口味也比較多元化，能滿足老小的需求。另外，有一個缺點説一下就是沒有門鈴，敲門着實影響他人休息。最後，真心希望好的企業留住好的員工，從客户的角度來説，選擇哪家酒店都大差不差，但是服務深入人心才是顧客心中的首選，永遠都會記得有位很認真很負責很和善的張阿姨給我們帶來的感動，從而還有機會再次選擇貴酒店，謝謝。
