1、房間在一樓，進門後有一股陳年不住人的味道，有點説不上來！
2、門口行李架那面牆壁，滿是污漬，我們都沒好意思把行李放那裡
3、晚上要求加被子，告知房間裡衣櫥裏有，直接用，一個沒有被套的被子你們敢用嘛？幸好的是最後要了一個被套自己套了下再用！
4、入住時詢問山莊裡麪可有吃的，告知我們在紅豆水街有小吃，但是沒有告知時間，等我們六點左右過去已經空空如也，啥也沒有，要吃飯就大門口有家餐廳，看上去吃飯人挺多的！
5、因為沒東西吃，於是叫了外賣，結果外賣衹能送到前台，而前台在景區大門，離住的地方很遠，讓前台電動車送，結果告知衹能自己來取，等我們做電瓶車取到外賣時已經全部冷掉了！

超讚 超滿意 孩子們玩的很開心 春節這裏人也不多 非常舒適的感覺 玩的也很多 還有地方放煙花～～
對我來説2個點不太滿意….床太小….我們2大2小實在是擠（預訂不到親子房了） 第二個…馬桶不是智能的 冬天太酸爽～
明年還會再來～～～～～～

值得一刷再刷！總體入住體驗不錯。入住前有管家聯繫，溝通好園區訊息和入住要求，辦理入住手續簡單方便。雖然園區員工提供的訊息不統一，但是影響不大。我們訂的是船屋，管家幫忙安排了小朋友最愛的帶滑梯🛝上下鋪，房間衞生整潔明亮，小陽台也是美美的。入住時有一個門鎖的小插曲，管家，客房，工程和前台經理處理積極高效，後面的安排也是非常貼心，值得表揚👍。園區環境優美，設施齊全完善，配套成龍，各區的工作人員也有禮親和，安排有序，是個適合各類人羣的寶藏地方。會再去

十分滿意！酒店位置在景區入口處，步行1分鐘即可到停車場，停車免費的，取東西很方便。住店客人在入住期間可以隨意進出景區，憑手環能夠免費乘坐電瓶車，十分方便，酒店設計獨特，早餐豐盛，房間乾淨整潔舒適，還有紗窗，能通風，總之十分滿意的一次出遊！管家服務超級好，響應速度也很快，提前好幾天就給我發了好多提示，我們聊的也很愉快！

這裏還是蠻好玩的。服務也可以，服務是可以的，有問題都會第一時間解決。但是房間不行。進去後有股灰塵味道。廁所進去時沒有味道。但是晚上睡覺的時候上廁所一股香煙味，凌晨開了排風才行。不知道哪裡來的香煙味。熱空調也是要等很久才出風。加床就是加了一個墊子一床被子。睡着很硬。
