這家酒店的硬件是沒得説的，可以説達到四星級酒店的水準了吧。房間空間大，設施嶄新，周邊空氣好，早餐比較豐富，總的來説性價比非常高。
但是還是想記錄一下入住過程中發生的幾件小事情，希望能夠對酒店在服務方面的改進有幫助：
14日晚上入住的，第二天上午八點半出門工作，取出房卡後發現我提前在客房門口電子顯示屏上設定的“請即打掃”標誌已經熄滅，所以特別交待了前台上午要安排打掃。中午十二點半回來發現房間沒有收拾過，就打電話到前台交待説那就下午三點再來打掃，中午要休息一下。結果一點半時正在沉睡中，服務員敲門説要進來打掃房間，衹好喊一聲讓她晚一點再來。等三點再次來打掃時，服務員的解釋是因為這層樓衹有我這間房沒有打掃了，所以就準備打掃完再去其他樓層。那麼服務員打掃房間的依據是什麼呢？房門口電子屏上客人設定的指令？但沒有取電卡這個顯示屏等於失效，且酒店並不主動為客人配備取電卡；客人向前台口頭提出指令？看來也不管用；服務員按樓層打掃，不管客人的具體情況？這樣肯定招致不滿。（酒店是請日本設計師設計的，在打掃的安排上建議學習一下日本的酒店，即入住時明確提醒客人如果需要打掃的話，就將一個指示牌貼到門上。）
第二件事是入住第二天吃早餐時，在咖啡機上按了按鈕等咖啡出來，結果有個服務員突然旁邊過來取走了杯子，我在愕然中看到她默不作聲地檢查了一下咖啡潭是不是已經滿了。這樣簡單粗暴的舉止真的和酒店的硬件設施完全不匹配。
打掃房間的問題已經在入住期間直接向酒店反饋，酒店方也反覆解釋表達了誠意。詳細記錄這些問題，希望酒店能夠系統地改進服務意識和服務標準，對服務人員加強培訓和考核。
